This is the best place ever. My first day going in there everybody was so friendly, I was just in there browsing. Everybody was ready to help. I had the best experience ever, everybody make sure who enter the business industry. This is how business is supposed to be the way Cash America made everybody feel welcome.

They offer around 15% of your item's actual value. Way better pawn shops on the south side. Would not recommend this one.

I Came in and Baught A Ps4 Pro and it was overheating and a a Red Line of death meaning it’s pretty much broken ..Tryed to get my refund 6 days later and they told me no even tho they had me on camera buying it because i didnt pay for the warranty wit h they didnt even offer me finessed me out of $260 …

This is probably the worst cash America on the south side. My wife brought a Jackson Rg34 dinky arch top retail 349.99 they offered us 30….. don’t bring anything here the guy is a clown

Customer service here is horrible. Specifically pertaining to a specific worker. There's a black woman with blonde short hair who works there and is very condescending and rude. Would never go back to that establishment ever due to a-holes like her. Completely unacceptable, especially when I didn't do anything to get this type of treatment.

Huge fan of this place. I’ve never personally sold anything but I have purchased a few things at great prices. Their inventory is extensive and constantly changing. I’ve bought electronics, jewelry, purses, tools and a few other items. The staff was helpful and friendly. I’ve dealt with Alex and Jesus. I was always greeted and thanked every-time I went. Definitely recommend stopping by.

I’ve been coming here for loans 3 times over the years. I tried to go to another place in Cal Park but I left and came back here. They always ask me how much I’m looking for and, within reason, they give me what I want. Management is SUPER COOL and almost all of the reps are too! I don’t go anywhere else! Thanks guys????✌?

When I tell you that the management and their team there rocks they rock! I was looking for a bargain and ended up buying $8,600 dollars worth of merchandise. I highly recommend dealing with the store Manager Jesus. That man is a hustler! He can sell sand on the beach lol. But seriously one of the best pawn shops around the Southside! Keep up the good job guys!

I love all the employees there all are nice people they treat me very nice every time I come in there we have a good relationship and Cheryl have always been nice to me since the first time I came in there and all the other ones too this is one of the best stores. Love you guys!!!!!!
