I want to apologize to the night weekend manager at Kirby food in Metamora on Sunday the 15th. I was upset that our chicken had not been started yet when I sent someone to pick it up before the due time of 230pm. I did not realize how quickly they could cook 140 chicken tenders. The manager that took my call was very kind and calm and professional - Unfortunately I was not because I was afraid the people at our party would not eat on time and it had been a happy but stressful weekend for me. The chicken was done on time, was very hot, and very delicious. I appreciate Kirby foods and the employees who are working hard to please all of customers. Thank you again Kirby manager - I am sorry I did not get your name.

We literally kept our Sunday Family dinner an ongoing tradition because of Kirby's fried Chicken! So good! Great customer service, positive and kind environment, a great small-town store you can get multiple things you may have forgotten out in the bigger cities.

A clean, well stocked grocery store where you can find specialty items, fresh cut meats,and it is the last holdout that still checks out your items bags them and takes them to your car. Sounds silly, but in today's world of Walmart and Kroger. It's a nice amenitie. Might cost a little more, but it is worth it to get in and out. Plus, you're saving money by not buying all the random extras you would load your cart with from Target or Walmart. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Few different times I came here my first problem was the baby food was expired so I learned to always check dates then today I go in there for taco stuff and over half the flour tortillas on the shelf are crusty and brown so becareful and pay attention to what your buying

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Kirby Foods. The Deli is amazing and has the Best Tenderloin in the tri-country area. That Fried Chicken is 🔥 and I think it has a great meat department.
