Technician was very professional and curious. He explained what he did and about the fiber optics he installed. Any additional questions I asked were answered using words that non technicians were able to fully understand.We have been with MTCO since the early 80's and have no intentions of switching carriers.

We just had our internet connected today, the work crew that came out were kind, courteous and pros at their job. We were very happy with the end result, you could not tell that they had dug into our grass and gravel area, it was like it was never touched. So 5 stars was all I could give, but I would have given 10.

The people are nice. The service is tolerable. Pretty frequent interruptions. Still waiting for fiber in my area, if that day ever comes. If all you do is stream videos you should be fine. Any more demand from their DSL isn't doable.

I patiently waited all winter to have MTCO service. At the time I wanted it, they suspended all digs until Spring. I wanted to wait. The communication and customer service were top notch. Even with a little glitch on the day of install, they corrected it right away. I had been a previous customer and couldn’t wait to rejoin with them. Thank you!

Excellent company from the Customer Service to the Sales Dept. to the Install Techs. I just needed a router moved from one room to another. When the Tech got out here, he realized that I still had old style phone wiring and he replaced it with all new. He was more than happy to replace when I told him that he didn't have to do since it wasn't what he came out for. A+ all around!

The best customer service and quality you could ask for. After years of living in other cities and dealing with huge companies (like Xfinity/Comcast) I was relieved to move back and have MTCO as an option. Such an asset to the community, and they genuinely care about the people they serve!
