Brush Optical is an excellent facility. Dr. Brush is a very thorough, knowledgeable and caring doctor. The staff is phenomenal! They always try to go the extra mile to help in any way they can. I highly recommend them!

Great place and great staff. Ran into a small issue with my frames being broken and also being from out of town. Took a gamble because work always has me on the road and stopped here to see if I could get some help of any kind. Jennifer was awesome and helped me the best that she could for my frames being plastic. Wish I lived closer because I would come here over the other places I've been lately. Highly recommend and I might just go out of my way to make the hour and a half drive one way just because of the service alone. Gary you have a good staff working for you. Can't wait to actually return

We were an hour out of Metropolis when my frame rivet broke. Called Brush Optical and they said when I get in town stop by. 30 minutes later I was out the door for under $20. OUTSTANDING Customer Service. If I lived here these folks would be my providers. Andy Schneider from North Liberty Iowa. You need to hand out chocolate, and you guys are polite like at home. All of the staff is so amazing they did such a wonderful job with my autistic nephew that was terrified of the eye appointment their so kind helpful and caring I definitely suggest going there I’ve so thankful for all the workers there I’d rate them 1000 stars for each and every employee there ❤️❤️ thank you guys so much I truly appreciate all of you guys

Doc makes it seems so easy, asked a couple questions flicked some lenses and boom! He says how about that? Amazing to see so clear and that quick. Linda out front was quick to help with our glasses and very good recommendations. outstanding service all the way around. not to mention talking hunting with Doc was an added bonus.

Me and my husband love going to see Dr. Brush! Love the staff! They are all so friendly. Who would think you would have so much fun going to see your eye doctor. We laughed so hard today and just wanted to say thank you for the great service as always! You all are the best!

I visited Dr Brush today due to the temples of my glasses being broke. Ashley and Natalie was very nice and greeted me when I entered the office. Amber was quick and took my glasses back to be fixed. Unfortunately, my glasses were beyond fixing and he helped me out with no questions asked. He is a great optometrist and I recommend him to everyone. If you need an exam, theirs are only $45 and I plan on giving him my business. Thanks again, Dr. Brush.

Having glaucoma at age 43 after having perfect vision most of my life is terrifying. Dr. Brush explains everything so well to me and had made this much less scary. His wife and his entire staff there at his office are so helpful, professional and kind. Very happy with the service and care I received every time.

I was very pleased with Dr. Brush and his team. The waiting and sales areas are bright, clean, and attractive. Dr. Brush was very thorough and professional in doing my exam, and explained in detail the various options that I had for selecting lenses. (I hardly need a prescription so my options are distance only, reading only, bifocals, or do nothing.) Linda was extremely helpful in sorting out what is covered by my vision insurance and took the time to make a couple of phone calls to the insurance company to make sure I was getting full use of my benefits. They have what looks to be a good selection of frames, although in my case I had an existing frame that I wanted to use, and my insurance requires that the lenses be made in a lab specified by the insurance company, so I wasn't able to take advantage of Dr. Brush's on-site lens service. Linda took care of sending my frames off to that lab.My only complaint is that there is a television receiver playing in the waiting area. This is a widespread practice and I wish businesses would stop it. I don't need to be assaulted by talking heads or lame reruns outdated sitcoms, and am quite capable of reading or simply getting lost in my own thoughts, planning my day, working through problems, etc.

Staff is awesome...Dr. Brush is awesome...he takes time with you explaining every detail and the ladies really go to extremes finding the right pair of glasses for you and has the utmost patience and all while smiling.I love my glasses and I can actually see! Best experience ever!

A friend recommended Brush optical to me and it was well worth my drive from ballard Ky. The staff was very friendly and made my 6 year old comfortable in the office. They provided excellent customer service and competitive rates! Thank you Brush optical!

I have been to see Dr. Brush twice in the past year and he is a top notch doctor. They only sold me what I needed and wanted. The whole staff is super nice. I drive an hour one way just to see him.
