C&W Towing and Recovery is a fair, family-run business providing professional towing and recovery service. They are known as a great local company with awesome, decent people who are very helpful, prompt, and courteous no matter what time you call. They handle situations with care and respect, including fatality wrecks, and work to get vehicles off the road safely in no time. They take each situation in mind, coming up with the best solution that suits the customer and their driver, showing great professionalism. They also operate an auto repair shop, completing mechanical work reliably. Even when short staffed, they do an outstanding job without using it as an excuse, always trying to be of the utmost help. Customers report being very happy with the service and professionalism shown.
I don't normally leave reviews on stuff but this is an exception. My keys were locked in the car and I am not kidding when I say this: I put in the road side assistance request at 7:55 and the guy was there at 7:59. Exceptional customer service.

I went around to get my four year old out of his carseat and realized I had locked the keys inside with him still in his carseat. They arrived within 15 minutes and charged me nothing considering the circumstances. It's super cold outside, and they were SO fast to get him out. So thankful!!
