“Update: Employees need to be up to date on your coupon policy. I was refused use of coupons because she stated you do not accept coupons on clearanced items, which is very clearly stated on your policy that is in fact is allowed.
I haven't been in a family dollar for quite a while. We just moved here from FL, and all the family dollar stores in our area were absolutely trash. You could barely walk through any of the isles because there were random pallets, or empty boxes or just straight up merchandise sprawled out all over the floors, not to mention all the empty shelves. This location is BY FAR, the cleanest, most organized, fully neatly stocked store I have been to in a very long time. The employees are so incredibly sweet as well. Always greet you right as you enter and are so pleasant and patient with me at check out, as I'm a new couponer. So happy I ventured in! They all deserve raises!”
