They suck. Been out of internet for over a week and had the technician mark my ticket as resolved in home when he never showed up in the first place.

Frontier is the worst internet, worst customer service! No internet for days on end called to have line located, frontier said all clear. Contractor started digging dug up internet wires. Can get ahold of anyone to talk about the problem except some lady from India that I can not understand. Terrible Terrible terrible!!!

It's no wonder they went bankrupt in 2021. This is modern day theft. The worst service I've ever willingly paid for. Avoid if you can. Zero accountability, zero customer service
