We used to have Verizon 5G home internet and it did great. We switched to fiber thinking it would be an even better connection but we have had nothing but problems. Constant buffering and service outages. I shouldn’t have to turn the WiFi off on my phone to be able to load a page on my internet browser.

They suck. Been out of internet for over a week and had the technician mark my ticket as resolved in home when he never showed up in the first place.

Frontier is the worst internet, worst customer service! No internet for days on end called to have line located, frontier said all clear. Contractor started digging dug up internet wires. Can get ahold of anyone to talk about the problem except some lady from India that I can not understand. Terrible Terrible terrible!!!
