Hi Heather. When you rent and pay for a storage unit, you reserve that space for a specific time. Usually one month. If two weeks into that time period you decide you don't want the unit, a refund is not issued because we lose the ability to rent that space to someone else. This was explained in detail. We are sorry that you feel the need to address our maintenance staff as "homeless". Although they often do work at night and obviously don't dress to your standards, we are very happy with the work they do. We hope that in the future you can refrain from using derogatory terms towards someone for their outward appearance. God bless you!

I tried renting out a unit but when I went to go look at it had someone else's stuff already in it. I seen 2 people sleeping in the building & my unit was not build all the way to the ceiling. So I contacted the owner asking for a more secured unit, we agreed that when I got some more money I would send them some more money to rent a more secured unit. But I ended up changing my mind because I seen all of the traffic of homeless people in & out so I changed my mind. I texted asking for some type of reimbursement but was told I can't have 1.i never seen or meet these people only text & cash app & never signed anything or never used the unit.I DON'T recommend at all very unprofessional!! I feel as if I should of been able to receive at least some of my money back because I NEVER EVER used the unit at all!!!

I would highly recommend Lock and Leave Self Storage. Clean Safe Secure environment for your belongings. Loved the fact that I didn't have to worry about my things being stolen with security cameras everywhere. Check them out for all your storage needs!

Great facility. Clean. Well lit. Several security cameras. And their prices for Climate controlled storage competes with the local outdoor storage places. Very happy!!!

Lock and leave storage was so convenient and easy to use. The location was very handy and the hours worked great for my schedule. The staff was friendly and helpful. Whether you need need a small space or a lot of storage, I would recommend Lock and Leave Self Storage.
