“Awesome little shop in Paducah! Loads of great gifts to buy ranging from Amish Apple pie filling, to Bourbon smoked honey. Nice tea towels, magnets, memorabilia.. you name it! I had a complicated return from two separate online orders, quite a few exchanges, and I really wanted a pair of pants that I had bought online in the incorrect size, but they were not available online or in store. The team at the Kentucky Oaks Old Navy worked, literally, over an hour on this return/exchange, AND(!!!) were able to call two different stores to see if I could get the pants in the size I needed and then got them shipped directly to my house! Not to mention I was having issues with my Old Navy credit card (my fault entirely), and they held some additional purchases for me until I could get my credit card issue sorted. Shout out to: Megan, Stephanie, Mitch, and Chance for going above and beyond, having amazing customer service, and all together being just wonderful and lovely people while I was their problem child, lol.
