Tech was extremely rude to my wife with his attitude. First they called that morning to get the correct address never said anything about someone coming out. Second when I called after the tech came he was never suppose to come inside just get numbers off the dish. He Came inside without being invited she asked what he was here for all he said was literally internet. She said you have a dish network shirt on he said its just a shirt not where he was from or anything else. Said it needed fix on their end not ours but said he didnt fix it and if we did not like it to cancel our service so it's what I did. I have worked for directv and never seen or heard a tech be so arrogant, obnoxious, and just flat out rude.

Couldn’t ask for a better group to work with! Customer service is what separates the corporate answering machines from next day service. Although, I highly recommend to treat everyone with respect because they won’t put up with any non sense. It’s an honor to have the privilege to help bring service to parts of the area that can hardly even get cell phone service. Thanks again for everyone’s blessings and business.

I live outside City limits and Dave, Mitchel, and Austin have always done everything in their power to make sure my internet is always the fastest possible.

I wish they would do something about the internet service on the north east side of the county. I pay my bill every month and the service is not good
