Like others they have staffing problems. My biggest problem is the fact that they do NOT know their parts. Yet they are quick to diagnose a customers Vehicle and sell them the part that will "supposably" fix it.
I think they would be better served learning their parts and become "Parts Professionals"

Best customer Service????? How is best customer service possible if you don't know your parts?? What part of you need "Parts Professionals" did you not understand?

My truck broke down while on a cross country road trip around noon. Now my truck is a 69 F100..Todd and the guys were able to source the parts I needed and have them on site at 730 the next morning. The staff was tremendously helpful. I can't thank k them enough for all their help. A great group of guys. O'REILLYS should be proud of this store, i know i am.
