“Best Vet care around ,and I've been to every Vet in this area. Dr. Carla will go out of her way to make sure your pet is properly treated and diagnosed. If there is something she can't figure out, she'll consult with specialists to find the best solution for your pets illness. They worked with me for months on a chronic skin issue. I thought I was going to lose my mind with worry but they found a treatment plan for me, and it worked. They truly go above and beyond. Five Stars”

“We have trusted LOAC with all our pets. When our dog Ozzy was diagnosed with cancer they were so honest and upfront about everything. The vet, Dr. Rodgers, would even call and check on him. When it was time we took him back and the process was so calm. Afterwards we received a card signed from the whole staff and they made a paw print that was sent with his ashes. It was very kind and has made us a customer for life. We now take out cats there too.”

“Gretchen, Peyton, and everyone I met are amazing! This was my first and our dog’s first boarding experience. To say it was flawless was an understatement!
I was so impressed with the facility and kindness of Gretchen that upon booking boarding I booked grooming with Peyton. One of our dogs is a ball of nerves and can usually only last for face, feet, and fanny… However, Peyton knocked it out of the park and got a whole body cut!
Lastly, picking up two hyper dogs with a sleeping 3 month old baby is A LOT! Gretchen and another employee (sorry didn’t get your name) helped with the dogs and our supplies!
Whoever is the owner I suggest booking up Gretchen and Peyton with some free breakfast and coffee!”

“We had to make the gut wrenching and heartbreaking decision this weekend to assist our rescue cat, Nala, across the bridge. At the ripe old age of (approximately) 15, she was hurting, unable to keep weight on, and having severe kidney issues, all on top of being mostly blind, and it was just time. The staff was everything you would hope for in these times: soft spoken, caring, and gentle with my wife and daughters, not to mention our aged family companion. When it was done, and she had peacefully crossed, they provided each daughter and our best friend a set of paw prints (pictured below) so that we will never forget the girls first family pet. Nala has been seen here before but we are definitely bringing our younger cat back for his annual appointments from here on out.”
