They are gentle, friendly, compassionate, and caring of your animals. They take precautions in making sure your animals are escorted to their room without other animal interactions. They are transparent with costs up front. They make communication easy with texts. I love their drive up med pickup. I have 4 pups and feel like I’m a lot to deal with because we have a lot of needs, but they never make me feel that way. I’m writing this review now that I’ve moved to a different city and just wish I could’ve brought them with me. Look no further than this vet clinic to care for your animals! Paducah is so lucky!”
“We have trusted LOAC with all our pets. When our dog Ozzy was diagnosed with cancer they were so honest and upfront about everything. The vet, Dr. Rodgers, would even call and check on him. When it was time we took him back and the process was so calm. Afterwards we received a card signed from the whole staff and they made a paw print that was sent with his ashes. It was very kind and has made us a customer for life. We now take out cats there too.”

“I absolutely love Dr. Potter. We may not agree on everything BUT he does his job and loves his profession wholeheartedly. He is such an amazing and VERY knowledgeable vet and I trust him completely. He isn't afraid to say the truth which a lot of people don't want to hear these days. But he cuts through the BS and gives you the bottom line and finds more inexpensive routes to get the job done and your fur baby in its best health. I cannot recommend him enough! That's why I keep going back. I know my fur baby will leave with its best interest anf health at heart!”

“Max gets is Bill once a month and gets the way on the scales and just loves going in but when he gets in see where he's at and he definitely wants to come back out”
