These people are an absolute joke. I have been told for days that they would have my meds tomorrow and guess what still no meds. When I originally transfered this med to them they said oh yeah we have a 30 day supply in stock right now and obviously that was a lie. This is exactly why I transfer all my scripts away from them because they can't get it together. You should have a better system to track medications than well we will just see if they come in tomorrow

The employees are 5 star awesome but the AI That answers the phone is the MOST aggravating I've ever dealt with anywhere . I DONT like to have a robot keep asking me to tell it what I want after I say associate, just shut up and get me a human. I just wanted to know how much a 12 pk of Pepsi was. And it kept me on the phone for a full 5 min asking me questions and couldn't answer mine! No stars for AI which stands for a.nnoying i.diot

Was just there. Some customers are walking around holding a dog with no leash. The dog ran at me. The customer stood there for a second. I told her I was allergic & had dog trauma. The cashier didn't know what do do? Your dog is your family, not mine and they don't belong in public if they aren't a real, trained service animal. Furthermore, emotional support animals on fall under housing laws. You can't bring them in public. Your pets need to stay in the car or at home. It could've easily been a lawsuit and it's not fair for animals to have to be put down because owners are careless. Not to mention, if you aren't going to care enough about people who don't like or are allergic to animals in public, the least any customer can do is keep them on a leash. I know stores are afraid but they should use the rights they have within the law to protect other customers and animals from careless owners. There is no way or reason that dog should've gotten loose in the store. Then, the staff member didn't say anything or call a manager. They continued to allow the customer to hold the dog in the store with no leash. I can't believe Walgreens is okay with this? It's a gealth store where people who are allergic to animals might come in frequently and they should think about ways to address the problem within their legal right to do so.

Ok i call in my script.... and call to confirm it guess what no one answered tryed again and again no one answered looked up their hrs and it said 7pm so im like ok i get off work at 530 ... i pull up to the drive thru at 545 and sit there no one i pull around i go inside and walk back and again no one as im walking to the the front i she a young lady and askto pick up my medsand she said we're closed i said it said 7 not 6 you will have to come back tomorrow morning i said i work and need my medicine and dont get off till 530 and its said you dont close till 7pm she was the person that was probably to be back at the drive thru honestly dont waste your time shopping there lazy kids now adays i have photos of the store hrs but it wont let me post them

I was in line going through the drive through. When it was my time at the window .I said that the cars behind me were blowing and they were mad. The lady at the window got very smart at me for telling her. And then being very rude. I will never come back to do anything.

Everytime I come in here they are so disorganized and can't ever seem to find what anyone is coming to pick up. I've been waiting in line at the pharmacy for over twenty minutes with just one customer infront of me. There is no since of urgency for customers. I spend at least 30 minutes here just trying to pick up medication everytime I'm in here.

Terrible customer service from manager. Coupon was not working properly on Walgreen worthless app. The managers response was "Yeah, it's really slow sometimes."

I end up making about 3 trips to get each thing filled !!! They call and say my mess are ready but when I drive in they are not !!! I would rather die than go to Walgreens!!!

This is a horrible Walgreens. They closed three hours early because " they couldnt get a pharmacist to work three hours that person would rather party" . The pharmacy manager to work overtime or do there job and keep it running is forbidden. The customer is always last is there moto. They never have the whole prescription they always have just a partial and cannot get anything right. I suggest Metropolis Drugs or CVS.

Tried getting information on in home COVID testing couldn't get any information wouldn't even let me talk to a real person
