Husband bought tires here and made an appointment. When got there for the appointment was told to get in line for people who where waiting to get air. And when it was his turn they would get to him. My question is whats the point of a appointment? The communication with the main office and the back is nonexistent. And very much lack of customer service. I mean all and all they are nothing special just like everyone else no pride and rude. But the job was done and the tires seem good. So just dont go in with high expectations.

They offer free tire rotation and balancing when you buy tires from them. But, just like the service is free, it’s also very poor and unprofessional. Today, they made me wait over two hours for a simple tire rotation, which was promised to complete under 1hr, and on top of that, the entire steering wheel was covered in grease. I suppose I can’t complain too much since it’s a free service, but if you can’t provide decent service, why offer it at all?

I had a great experience in other locations, but the people at this location are absolutely terrible. I got out of work and waited TWO HOURS. I had an appointment. When I picked up the car they said that they canceled the service and they couldn’t rotate my tires. Not a single call or warning. If I hadn’t walked up to the counter I would have waited even more for nothing. What a waste of time, money, and energy!

Great price for a new battery, but forced to wait because of demand for member card my wife had, even though we had already been carded to enter the building. Don't understand when I'm already in the building there is a demand for a card that was already checked and a refusal in service. Not very friendly and good service. Could have saved me 20 minutes standing around.

Luis is a top notch service man. We just needed to add new tires to my Wife’s vehicle which he handled professionally. Every time I’ve worked with him, he’s been top notch. He’s attentive and easy to work with.

I purchased 4 new tires on 10/19/2024, according to the appointment, I dropped off my car in Costco Tire Center at 2:45 pm, and picked up at 4:45 pm. When I was driving the car with my daughter to Lake Forest at 5:45, the tire pressure was downgraded to 25 psi, then the alarm system turned on immediately. The new tires sold and installed by Costco were out of service within 1 hour, and it was really dangerous for driving a car when the tires were under inflated, serious injury may result from tire failure in the road!! I called the tire center after I parked my car and pumped my tires myself, they wanted me to drive back as soon as possible for inspection. The tires were fine, just a mistake they made at the installation. I wrote my experience here for reference, hopefully the accident won’t happen again in future.

Apparently appointments don’t matter. Create appointment to wait in line for 30 min and have walk ins jump in front of you. 90 minutes turned to 2.5 hours. Not worth it for a mediocre deal that I can find down the road. Guy behind counter complaining about he’s only one person doing a two man job. I pay Costco too much money do hear and deal with this. Never again

Worst experience I've ever had at anything related to Costco. My 90K tires had a leaky tire that was damaged & unfixable. The tire guy called me and I went to speak with him. He said I could get a new tire, but it was not in stock. He read that it was unsafe to put a new tire with 3 tires that had 33k~miles or 1/2 a treadlife remaining. He and his manager refused to do so. Magically I could get 4 new tires for $700-800 something because I'd get a credit on my damaged tire of $100. I was so taken aback by them trying to hustle 4 tires out of me in the name of All wheel drive I had them put the spare on and left the store. Costco has lost my tire membership for the garbage.

They have great prices but the last two times I've purchased tires they wrench the lug nuts in so tight I have to jump on the tire iron to get them off. Way too tight. And, they didn't balance any of the 4 tires correctly. They were all off by an ounce and the steerit wheel wiggled at highway speed. They used to be great. Now I question how they train their technicians.

We had a fast leak on a Sunday morning but we were so fortunate to be near this Costco. Our Service Technician “Luis” was absolutely fantastic! He attended to us as quickly as possible, explained everything and went above and beyond making sure all tires were at the proper inflation. I can’t tell you how happy I am. Thank you Luis!

In general we like this store and we are shopping a lot at this store, but the day before Thanksgiving me and my wife had terrible experience there. We needed to return Dyson vacuum with receipt and store manager wouldn't accept return for no reason and was very rude. According to store policy Costco must accept return, but this store manager was creating his own rules. When we said that we pay membership and entitled to return this item he said we can refund your membership fee and Costco doesn't need you, handed receipt to us and went somewhere.We went to different Costco location and returned the vacuum with no issues. This manager was very bad : instead of resolving issues he created them.

What a fantastic blend of customers and there, and they all are so polite and calm, Living the American dream of buying bulk at Costco. How great it is to see entire families shopping together! It kind of feels like Disneyworld. Just not quite as expensive as they serve free lunch buffet at the many food stations around the freezer section. The employees are also very nice and helpful, churning people through the place like a well-oiled machine. Thank yous are located on the receipt, and in the rewards you earn, when you utilize the credit you need to really get some amazing rewards that can help offset some of the interest charged if you don't pay it off monthly. The great prices, Who really knows as you will not be able to find the same stuff sold here anywhere else, but you'll get a ton of it. Honestly, what did we do before Costco!
