Advance Auto Parts is a great store with good customer service. The employees are helpful, putting windshield wiper blades on vehicles for customers who cannot figure it out themselves. However, some customers have experienced a lack of knowledge from the staff, which led to mistakes that almost cost them an engine, causing frustration. Overall, the store is recommended, but customers should ensure the staff's advice is reliable.
This is one of the only auto parts store I shop at in the area. I primarily speak with John as he's very knowledgeable and friendly. He has never done me wrong. The guy deserves a promotion or at least a raise for his hard work here.
