“I don't know why the bad reviews for this bank. My husband and I had an excellent experience with elizabeth(lizzie) is what she goes by. She was prompt courteous and very attentive to our needs and asked for assistance from the other banker and our issue was resolved perfectly and we felt like we mattered as customers and as people they wanted to do business with. We were working with another old national bank for.months trying to resolve our issue and they just didn't seem to care and gave us the run around each time. I would highly recommend people going to the midlothian branch. I can't guarantee you will have a great experience like we did because things happen that can affect a person's day but we are all human and we need to understand life happens and it's hard to separate personal from professional anyways I hope people give this bank a try and leave a rating if they have a great experience because to me Lizzie and the other banker really seemed to care about us and I don't want their service to go unnoticed. So thank you again. We will be back.”
