I wouldn’t even let them screw in my license plate, they are unprofessional and rude. I changed my brakes there and they squeaked the entire time ( he said it would subside). Also went there for a $40 tire and ended up with a $90 problem (see photo)

I took my car in about two weeks ago because my regular mechanic was out of town. if you are a single woman or a woman period, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT let these people service your car! The manager or owner Angel RIPPED ME OFF!!! I know that before I took my car in, all I needed was an oil change but this guy insisted that I needed a tune-up. So I went ahead and let them do the tune-up. Plus he quoted me $1,200 for a $300 job. Then when my mechanic got back in town he told me that he had just did a tune-up 9 months ago. The worst part is that a friend had recommended me here. Angel is a spineless unscrupulous person. I can even call him a man. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. By the way Angel, I used to work at Velazques so I know that quote was bogus!

Needed a quick fix before the snow, thought I needed a new tire, the owner took me in IMMEDIATELY, found the problem in 5 minutes and told me I just needed a quick fix. I was in and out in 15 minutes AND he was honest! I was prepared to spend on a whole tire and he honestly said "no, you just need a new, tighter cap", honesty is hard to find these days and as a customer I appreciate that so much. My new go to spot for car and tire problems. Oh and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Thank you

I called a day prior to bringing my vehicle in. I was told it would take about an hour to fix my car. The next morning about 8:45AM I dropped off car gave name and number and was told yet again it would be an hour. I took an uber home. I called about 2:30PM. I was told there were 15 cars ahead of mine but it would be taken care of and I would receive a call back. I needed my window raised thats it. I called back at 4PM no answer. I called at 5:45PM no answer. They close at 6PM. The next day I call from a different number only to find out my car hadn't been touched. I take another uber back to F- Auto and ask for my car. Its 10:30AM they open at 8AM. I speak with Louis and he tells me he is sorry for the miscommunication. My statement was... there was no miscommunication, I was clear and so were you... you guys suck. My disgust was apparent. I took my car down the street to Bellaroma Auto repair where I had excellent speedy service.

I have good service. I have use them several time. I usually take my car to dealership, but dealership stated they couldn't get me in until August 28. I had a engine shake, didn't want to get driving until then and I need my car. Thanks Bellaroma!Service: Engine repair

Unprofessional and Obviously NoBody knows how to fix cars there !!!!Went there to fix my car and I told him the problem and he said okay they can take care of it then he told he won’t work on the car …..Won’t recommend it to my worst Enemy ???

Made it to their shop 30 minutes before they closed. We had a hose pop off while driving down the freeway. They were extremely fast and friendly. Took the time to make sure everything was work perfectly before leaving. Cannot thank them all enough!!
