I like this store, great meat prices compared to Jewel. The deli is 100% better than Jewel as well, lunch meat and cheese are $2 less a pound. They don't have great deals on soda; I go elsewhere for that. With the app, I keep getting $5 off sometimes monthly. Get the app, it's worth it. The register people are a bit slow; they only have 2 registers open since I've been going there, that blows.

Be aware that this location buys their cakes and cupcakes from a vendor, and there is no bakery service like decorating cakes. Go to Jewel for that.
Great meat department, shoppers reward is a great program.
Getting puzzled by their selections, like they have Johnsonville Italian sausage but no breakfast sausage, prices are getting a little high, but I guess that's the world we live in.

There's a sale on Pepsi today, but they don't have it out, they have them hidden in the back, how stupid. How do you run a sale and not put the item out.

It’s a nice store, I went by the Deli to pick up some chicken, the Deli employees did not say anything, like a hello or anything, ignoring me like was not there, that is rude. The customer service needs to be a friendlier.

When you got buy ham at the deli and ask for it to be really thin sliced and they slice it however they want really thick. You would think they have common sense it's not the first time this happened.

Front end help is horrible. The people behind the registers are very rude and could care less. Last time I was there, the kid started ringing up my groceries and never says hello. He then calls his friend over to show him something on his phone and tell him a story. Never says a word to me until he gives me the total. As he's still talking to the other guy, I pay him. He never says a word to me and hands me my change. No "thank you"....nothing. To top it off, I bag my own stuff. Not the first time this has happened either with their register employees. They are just rude and don't care. I used to love coming here even though their prices are ridiculous because it was close. MANAGEMENT. How many negative reviews about rude employees do you need to read before you do something about it? Even worse, bagging my own groceries when one of your "employees" is standing there doing nothing. Back to Jewel and Aldi......

This location is the best one in terms of quality and pricing. Some amazing savings if you pay attention. I hate to see that they now have prices you can only get by electronically clipping a coupon.

Besides the fact the grapes were $4.99 a pound and at all these there were $1.99, this is the second time in a row the cashiers are extremely rude. You need their dumb club card to get a slight discount and every time you offer to sign up they give you an attitude because the cashier is to busy talking dirty to a customer. I will never go back to that place and I feel bad for those that have to go there because they have no choice this is the epitome of a food desert with jacked up prices for people that can't go nowhere else.

I usually like berkots but in this day it was $6 chicken. I waited at the counter for 19 minutes
Finally someone came over. I asked for chicken. They said at least half hour. He was frying chicken for catering. I felt thst some chicken should be available at 5pm on $6 chicken day
Yes I called the next day to complain and yes he offered me free 8 piece. But it didn’t fix dinner plans the night before.

Dropped to 3 stars after recent interaction. Management pulled my order online and never told the worker so when I walked up to pick up, nothing was ready. Good communication! 😬

If you go to this location, check the expiration date on your items. I've noticed, not just once or twice but numerous times, they seem to be holding on to items and then stocking them when they are close to or past their expiration dates. I shop at several stores like Pete's Fresh and the same items there are so far away from their expiration dates, while Berkots has those items days away from and/or past their expiration dates.

Why can't you just mark down prices in the store. I don't do the internet or phone apps very good i''m older and spend at least $600 a month in your store. This coupon app stuff is for younger shoppers

As a customer of this store for almost 10 years the new idea of vacuum sealing all the meats has made me look for other grocery stores to shop at. It's unfortunate because I really like this store but something about the meat being packaged that way just isn't the same.
