“They have fixed my car, cleaned it and gave it back looking awesome. No sign of hail damage that they were tasked with fixing - it was extensive. Just watch out when you get there. You will end up talking to Rian for a while if you don't have other appointments scheduled later, she's hilarious. Definitely will bring any of my cars again if in need.”

“Last month, my 1999 Pontiac Trans Am was damaged at a car wash when one of the retaining clips failed, causing the rear passenger-side fiberglass bumper to crack. Finding a replacement bumper was not an option since Pontiac is no longer in business, and locating parts for a Trans Am in 2026 is extremely difficult. After spending several days searching for a body shop capable of repairing a custom fiberglass bumper, I came across Southside Custom Autobody LLC. I was impressed by the outstanding reviews from previous customers, so I decided to call and schedule an appointment with Adel. From our first meeting, Adel demonstrated extensive knowledge and professionalism. He assured me that he could restore the bumper to like-new condition and promised to treat my classic car with the same care and attention he would give his own vehicle. He absolutely delivered on that promise. The quality of Adel’s work exceeded my expectations. The repair is flawless, and I was genuinely amazed by the final result. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also honest, reliable, and passionate about their craft. I highly recommend Adel and Southside Custom Autobody LLC to anyone looking for exceptional auto body repair work. Thank you, Adel, for your outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and kindness. My Trans Am looks amazing again!”

“I would like to share my wonderful experience I had with Superb. Hands down what a professional and reputable company. I dealt with a gentleman on the phone and he said bring it by that same day. They were busy but they squeezed me in. Kevin the owner, great guy by the way, came out and checked out my first issue, which was a rubber piece on my roof that kept coming up whenever i went through car wash, he fixed it, no problem that same day. Second issue my gas cap door snapped off the hinge, of my Toyota Sequoia, he gave me a reasonable price to fix it, came back following week, waited about 20 mins while they installed new door, and just like that, it was done. It came out awesome! They make their own paint and matched it up perfectly. I dealt with Nathan for payment, very pleasant and the other staff that worked there were friendly as well. They do Top Notch work, definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend.”

“I am a person who has a hard time trusting people, as you can imagine in this world where people shoot at your car. I had a bullet hole in my car, fortunately it didn’t go through or else it would have struck me. Point is Hasan took care of me and my car. He didn’t give me an insurance gimmick where he wanted to change the entire lift gate like other shops (which is stupid). He gave me a fair price for a clean and efficient job. No tricks, no hassle, just bring your car, we’ll fix it, and then give it back to you. Simple. Honest. Reliable. God bless you for your service to this community. Thank you, Hasan.”

“I just picked up my car and I’m so happy! Clean inside and out as well as the repair! I was rear ended while in Missouri and the lady’s insurance was a bit unresponsive and wanted price adjustments. Palmer was so professional and kept me updated on additional work needed while they worked with the insurance. Three weeks later, it looks great and I know it was done right given their attention to detail. Thank you!!”

“Took my car in to get fixed small Dent on the bumper in the rear, got my car back and they messed up all my electronics radio. Don’t come on air-conditioning. Don’t come on cause they took the bumper off even heard the mechanic said he was not done with it, but Andrew insisted that I get my car back, because there not going to fix it They broke my remote and tried to glue it and they don’t wanna do nothing to fix it. I recommend that you look over everything check everything take it for a test drive. If you take your vehicle there before you even pay them they try to find any loophole to try to get out of this situation. Just wanna say thank you to Andrew and Metro collision for working out a solution and solve the issue we had with the service they provided great work again thank you”
