This pharmacy is very interactive with you. They call or text when Dr changes orders, are patient with questions, and are very helpful. I feel confident that they care about the people they service. It's one less thing I have to be worried about

Really lacking in product restock. It's been months since I was able to pick up the essence mascara I wear. They are down to two random tubes apparently no one wants but haven't restocked anything. I've even called to ask when they would be getting to it,told to give it a couple days. I gave it weeks and checked back. There was less, not more. It's almost like they're trying to get rid of the inventory and close or something. The shelves are getting so empty. I'm changing back to a Walgreens or Target shopper from now on. I'm tired of wasting time going to CVS and having to go somewhere else to get what I need anyway. Going to start somewhere else to begin with. sorry cvs, you used to be my first stop, you blew it for me

Came to Midlo CVS because Walgreens always gave me wrong pills or wrong mg. I have gotten a flu shot and then a pneumonia shot and my prescriptions never a problem staff is nice, store is a mess as most stores make you stock shelves between customers and they can't add more staff due to lack of funds due to Covid. I understand, when I go there my RX's are ready on time. staff is nice and helpful when I cannot find something I need.. I don't get all the complaining you get that everywhere you go. Someone is always unhappy....what are you gonna do! Going to whine go somewhere else like I did. Susan Z.

Terrible customer experience YET AGAIN with CVS. Set an appointment a week ago for a mandatory COVID test for travel out of the country, we were told by the little Health Kiosk to proceed to the drive-thru, which we clarified would give us a decision within 24-hours. I'm drive-Thru, we asked a second time about the 24-hour decision and was told it would automatically be sent to CVS Mychart in 12-hours. OKAY, GREAT!!!! Well, not so much.... When the results weren't in the mychart within 12-hours, they recommended we retest (REALLY!!!!?). I return, same place and now I discuss my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided and they tell me they are contractors, they can't control the service CVS provides, AND I'm directly accused to have done something wrong. SERIOUSLY????! So now, your service levels aren't to MY satisfaction and you blame me???? F****** unbelievable.... Before leaving, I followed up with the store ma aged, and unfortunately he mentioned this group of "contractors" are draining his CS scores as I'm not the first to complain. It's said that CVS doesn't support their actual employees favoring censoring relationships. Says much to me about where they put their focus - profits over customer service. Ask Sears where that'll get you!

Worst CVS I have ever been too. Extremely understaffed for some reason. How if you can charge $20 for facial wash can you not want to pay for proper staffing. They're over worked doing three jobs each at once it's so ridiculous. Prescriptions are never ready on time or even the day they say they will be. On the phone for 20 minutes currently for same situation and no answer .

This was a sad little pharmacy for CVS. We wanted to use the Minute Clinic and the website said it was a 7 minute wait, but after driving over there and checking in we were told that there were appointments ahead of us and the wait was more like 45 minutes. They really should do appointments or walk-ins but not both. While there we walked a few aisles and many weren't very well stocked. I don't know if they are afraid of shoplifters or they just don't restock but the bare aisles don't give one a sense of confidence. Try some other CVS outlets, this one doesn't do them justice.

People need to relax and take it easy on places like pharmacies. They're doing the best the can. I had the best experience with Dawn the pharmacist- very nice and knowledgeable.

To the person working in the advocate side this morning..... Shame on you!! Where is your hello? Eye contact? A smile perhaps? You shouldn't ignore customers when we are in front of you. Who hired you? And when your asked a question, don't roll your eyes and say you can't help and then walk away. How dare you!!!

This has been the worst experience ever at a pharmacy. I am 49 years old and have never experienced the rude condescending behavior from the pharmacist named DAWN. She does not need to ever work with patients. I wonder if there are some substance abuse concerns or some type of anger management or sensitivity training needed for DAWN. To think she works with elderly and sick patients. I am appalled!

I went to the Take Care Clinic on Monday. Got there at 9:45am was not seen until 11:30. Which I get it they were swamped and understaffed. Understandable. What was not understandable was the attitude form the front desk lady. This was not the first time dealing with her and the attitude. There was an issue with entering my insurance in the iPad so I had to go to the desk when she called me- and I started to tell her I had a "digital copy of my insurance card or ..." and she rolled her eyes and stormed off before I could finished telling her I had the physical card and wanted to know which would be easier for her. When she came back and demanded my phone for the card I handed her the physical card. She entered the info complained that I messed it up on the iPad then told me to sit back down. Once I was finally seen by the Dr. Kristen, The front desk lady kept unlocking the door to interrupt the appointment. At one point it was simply to grab her monster energy drink from the fridge. Really that couldn't wait? Overall I was not the only one in the waiting room to comment on her terrible attitude. Kristen Nobel, was wonderful on the other hand. Such a shame her partner is so awful.

I come to find out the Managers here can do as they want instead of Walgreens running like a corporation. I purchased a $33 gift for a child and it was the wrong item. I purchased it on Nov 22. I had the receipt and all and tried to return it on Dec 26th (with receipt) so I could get the item wanted. The lady at the photo both was rude and said I can only get a store credit. I asked if I could speak to the Manager (hoping she had more compassion and sense). The Manager told me it was past 30 days and could only get a store credit. Now it wasn't much passed the 30 days here...ugh. I was livid. Now I am out the $36 (with tax), have to go spend even more money on the other gift wanted. I called corporate and was basically told if I went to another Walgreens, that manager may have actually gave me my $ back. Also, even more important, this same Walgreens years ago gave my baby a WRONG script (a medication never tested on infants before). No joke. Could have sued. Perhaps I should have. My daughter's Dr caught it. Do yourself a favor and choose a different Walgreens! And shame on corporate for letting Managers run their stores as such. All downhill any more and no good customer service. Won't be back.

I order pictures online and it would be delivered to this location on a certain day. Well they never came in and I decided to visit the store on numerous occasions to see if they had come in. When I visited the store I was greeted by Ian that wasn't sure were they were at, since the back of the counter was disorganized with empty boxes and other miscellaneous items. He looked for several minutes and came back to say what would you like me to do, I don't know if one of my co-workers misplaced it. These were supposed to be Christmas cards that were ordered within the first week of December and be ready a week before Christmas. They never came in and I did not have the opportunity to send out the Christmas cards. At this point in mid-January I gave up on them and now I have to find a way to get a refund, I will never order from CVS again.

This is for the take care clinic. Arrived today 11-28-18 to be seen by a Dr. was directed to a kiosk where a sign said "out to lunch and to check in and fill out paperwork". Said see note for when they will be back. There was no note with time and I took a picture. I filled all the paperwork out and then a lady came out named Colleen who rudely told me they were not taking patients as they had a "mandatory" meeting they had to be in. I explained I just drove 10 miles and I was sick and needed to be seen as I was having asthma issues and she literally told me "to bad we're having a meeting". I was furious at this point and demanded the Corp number and the store manager and she asked why and I told her she was beyond rude to which she replied "just doing my job". I then spoke to the store manager who said the take care clinic doesn't report to them. His name is Larry. While my condition wasn't life threatening I still needed to see a Dr. this was a COMPLETE waste of my time. They could have updated the website to reflect they would not be open as I went to the site to check hours and address. Noting of the sort was listed. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! I'm a Regional Manager for a major Corp and this is the type of behavior that should t be tolerated. It's bad enough I'm sick and wasted my time but to be rude and disrespect me is not acceptable.

I would give them negative stars if I could but that doesn't exists yet. I came in to get a passport picture and the manager was there but refused to take the picture because the worker that does that was 20 minutes away so he had me and other wait because it was beneath him to do it at least that's how he acted. When the lady that does the pictures finally came in she acted like it bothered her we were there for the service didn't even say hello or may I help you she just told me if I was the one who needed the passport and pulled down the screen took the pictures and proceeded to print them. This Walgreens is super rude and some one in corporate needs to come in and check these peoples attitudes or change the whole team out.

Very upset with the service in this clinic , this is the third time I've been here and they make me register and wait for over 30 minutes to just come of the examining room and tell me they're going on break and they can't attend me. This is ridiculous, they should have some way of knowing when a patient comes in and checks in so they could let us know if they even have time to attend us. Definitely will not be coming back to this crappy minute clinic. Don't waste your time on this place. I would put -1 stars if I could.
