Mike is the absolute best. Got 4 brand new tires 12/30/24 and got a screw in my tire 9/24/25. The plug didn’t hold so he patched it from the inside for free. Highly recommend giving him your service over the big name stores!

Came here for uhaul rental, great place to go, nice and easy, helpful and didn't act like it was a chore... I will be back for tires, their prices were lower than discount tire which shocked me.

Moved too the oak forest area not to long ago and came across Empire tire. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The 2 fellas that where there took care of it. It was a loose air valve, it was tightened and when I asked what I owed, they replied don’t worry about it. In this day in age, nothing is free so the gratitude at least I could give is write them a great review. They have my business for future tire shopping. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Empire for a number of years. The first time was when my father had simple flat and Lexus told him he needed to buy new tire . I took it to Mike and he said it was easily repaired and the tire lasted lasted for a few more years. I have bought tires and had tires repaired and the prices and quality of service are outstanding. There are few places that I say
" I wouldn't go anywhere else "but this is one of them. I highly recommend.

I recently went to Mike for a uhaul to move to Tennessee. We were towing my car, and it was just my granddaughter and I. He came off very professional, at first, seeming like he was trying to help. But when my granddaughter went to pick up the truck to have the trailer hooked up, he asked if she's towed a car before, she said no, and he goes, sarcasticly, good luck. Ok fine doesn't matter, but then when we went to leave after packing the truck, at 5 am, none of the trailer lights worked, nor on my car. I asked if he checked them when he hooked them up, she said no, just said good luck. I think he was mad I didn't buy tires, but I didn't have time. When I returned it in Tennessee, I told them, they said that truck should never had been allowed to leave. Plus I asked if the truck was in good shape, he said ,:that's what they tell me' Suspicious to is that oak lawn main location called me twice , saying I was to pick the truck up there that Mike didn't have a truck. He said oh they are trying to steal my orders. Yes I'm calling them. Would not recommend him.

Visited them for my uhaul rental which was a very positive experience. Will definitely be back for tires with these guys when it’s time.
