My recent experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care was quite disappointing. I set up an appointment for July 2nd, but when I arrived, they informed me they were short-staffed and couldn't help me. The staff seemed confused and the situation was clearly mismanaged.
I rescheduled for the next day, only to face another frustrating experience. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait 2-3 hours for very basic services like a tire rotation and fluid check. The service and attitude at this location were far from satisfactory.
Next time, I'll be choosing Midas or another business for my car care needs.

The crew were welcoming and personable. As I waited for my vehicle, I've noticed the same level of professionalism for everyone who came in. And one of the members was very patient with a customer who became upset at nothing Firestone had control over.

RACIST, This place gives me discrimination vibes. Every time I've been here, the technicians had an elitist type of attitude. They barely want to explain what's going on. I guess they assume I don't have money to pay and refuse to work on anything that needed work. Told me to junk my car, no reason to get maintenance done. Yeah go to a more humble mechanic who knows and appreciate used cars.

So that comment below saying to reach out and they'll do anything to help is not true. They don't care how badly they treat customers. The Techs will judge your car and go based off their OWN DECISIONS wither or not they will "provide service" to your car. If you are a person of Color and/or a woman, be prepared to be laughed at/ underminded. They will automatically think you don't have the money. They will tell you to go elsewhere. JUST DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE IT'S 1950's.

I highly recommend them. They were friendly, honest and didn't try to upsell me. The store was clean, service was done quickly. Jeff was awesome. He clearly explained issues with my car and took care of them. The store was quiet so I was able to work. They treated me like an old friend although it was my first visit. Thanks!

Steve was very welcoming and courteous. I previously had my vehicle serviced at the location in Homewood,IL. And was very disappointed in the attitude of the staff and most dissatisfied with the way that I was treated and taken advantage of. I think I might have found a new vehicle maintenance home in Midlothian Firestone. Keep up the good work guys. Two thumbs up ????

Steve has taken good care of me each time I’ve come here. He’s a straight shooter with his advice, and always seems to offer me the best deal he can. Prices are fair and the service is always performed in a timely manner.

They used to fix pretty Much anything now days they seem picky. Brought my truck there for an alignment and they did the alignment twice and is worse now than I brought it in. When complained the manager said it's in spec according to the machine I asked him if he or the tech can for for a ride so I show them as soon as take my hand off the wheel it goes to the right curb very fast now when I drive I have to constantly hold the wheel the left to go straight they said they can do anything. Years ago the had an older gentleman who retired and two younger men one was Mexican the other was white and a female writer up front the three technician la they had where the best and always went above to please. One tech the day after 4th of July had to remove a dog from engine compartment who was afraid of the fire works I assume it took the tech a couple hours to remove the animal and they never charged a dime that was my friends car. It's olmost like they would hire anyone just to have someone in the back. It's a shame in the last 10 years how this place has gone down hill and they want you to drop off your vehicle every time you can no longer wait for your car like you could before.

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and explained to me of the non issue going on with my car. He did let me know what I would need in the future and gave me a quote along with payment options. Very pleasant experience.

I needed my wheels realigned ASAP. Stopped by and they said they would be able to do it. Didn't take all day to do the task either!
