Old National Bank receives mixed reviews highlighting a contrast between corporate service and individual branch experiences. Several customers report significant frustrations following a bank merger, citing problems like locked accounts, long phone wait times, and a perceived lack of care from the corporate office. Some feel customer service is poor and accessing services can be difficult. However, specific branch staff, particularly at the Midlothian location, are consistently praised. Reviews describe them as prompt, courteous, attentive, friendly, professional, and calm. They are noted for taking pride in their work, busting their butts to help during busy times, and successfully resolving issues that corporate support could not. Customers felt they mattered and had smooth transactions because of this dedicated local service. While experiences vary, many recommend the bank based on these positive, caring interactions with the branch teams.
A very busy day because of change over, other wise business is smooth in and out looking forward to back to normal.

My account was locked after a totally botched merger, after 5 hrs on hold I went to the branch first thing the next day and they were able to fix it. Very professional and on the ball unlike the inept corporate office
