I don't know why the bad reviews for this bank. My husband and I had an excellent experience with elizabeth(lizzie) is what she goes by. She was prompt courteous and very attentive to our needs and asked for assistance from the other banker and our issue was resolved perfectly and we felt like we mattered as customers and as people they wanted to do business with. We were working with another old national bank for.months trying to resolve our issue and they just didn't seem to care and gave us the run around each time. I would highly recommend people going to the midlothian branch. I can't guarantee you will have a great experience like we did because things happen that can affect a person's day but we are all human and we need to understand life happens and it's hard to separate personal from professional anyways I hope people give this bank a try and leave a rating if they have a great experience because to me Lizzie and the other banker really seemed to care about us and I don't want their service to go unnoticed. So thank you again. We will be back.

The worst bank you can sign up for. Do not waste your time at all. Every time I have come to this branch specifically, I cannot get anything done. Complete waste of time.

Been here 25 years, old national bought out my branch and been a complete nightmare. Today was another regretful day. They don't care about customer service. Try calling and see how bad the wait time is. You can't access the lobby. I recommend we make our feelings know by contacting Ethispere and make a complaint. They just don't care. Crestwood branch is just as bad. Please leave midlothian.

They are trash. I scheduled an appointment with a personal banker. I was next to be seen and the banker left to help out the teller. Another banker called me in and she asked what could she help me with. I told her a small business account and she said she didn’t do that. I waited over 30 minutes. Finally was seen by another banker to tell me she couldn’t assist me because I need more paperwork.

Ever since old national bank took over first midwest bank it all been down hill from there. First I can't rely on my money if my balance is $100.00 because I will get charged 8.99 if I go under. Second and the worst of all. Someone rejected my refund from the irs. And me thinking is the irs's fault. I've never had problems before. That's why I'm switching as soon as can. Think twice before opening an account with them.

ONB has a ridiculous policy for stop payment on checks. I had two checks stolen from a mailbox and came in to place stop payment orders on both. There is a fee per check that they did waive this time as I had a police report number. Unfortunately ONB will only stop payment for 6 months then you have to continue renewing every 6 months. Its almost as if ONB is helping the criminals. What a scam. Other banks charge you once and the check is no good, apparently ONB found a way to bring in extra money by allowing stop payment checks to become active again. This is an exceptionally poor way to do business and is in effect punishing customers that have been victimized. Customer service was also unhelpful on their phone line as after asking to speak to someone about this policy I was put on hold for over an hour before I hung up. Way to go ONB, nice way to show you care for your customers.

Horrible Bank i wouldn't advise anyone to bank here. Nickel and dime bank with Horrible customer service. I wish I could give below 1 star I definitely would. Please customers dont waste your time here.

Ever since the merger, nothing but major issues, they don't answer the phone, the auto-mated banking by phone is broken, so you're put on hold...the client service has changed dramatically, very disappointing to say the least...so far unrateable...

2½ hours waiting for anyone to pick up. I can not do any banking. Any array of bills due to be paid but can not be. They have emphatically dropped the ball concerning their merger with my bank, First Midwest Bank. I tried to contact them for "On-Line Banking", they said they sent a verification code to my land line phone number that I canceled almost ten years ago. They then asked "if this is incorrect, call this number" which is the same number I waited 2½ hours on. How disgusting. Why would two banks merge into what seems like an abys? No preparation, no one manning the phone banks. What a despicable fiasco. If this is the way Old National Bank does business ill have no business with them. Fuming to say the least.

This merging thing is not working at all.Cant get online, make an account then can't log in, username and pass word not recognized. Sucks, Can't talk to a rep, they're closed due to high volume of calls. Replacement debit card $7, was free with first midwest. Looking for another bank!
