Stay clear of this H&R Block these tax professionals aren’t really professionals and have no idea what they’re talking about. I am going to have to pay thousands of dollars because they don’t know what they’re talking about or how to point you in the right direction they just try and get you in and out of there as fast as they can and don’t truly care about getting you a refund or whether you pay the IRS or do not use this H&R Block go somewhere else.

The lady Gwen that did my taxes the last 2 years is the reason I will NOT go back to this place! She never updated my new address so my personal info was mailed to my old address back in Feb to verify who I am. I spoke with her before she left the office and messaged through the app and when it got towards the end her season of doing taxes and she gave me the run around of were short staff blah blah and they will get to it when they can. Meanwhile she's done with tax season enjoyinng herself while I'm still trying to find out what's going on. It's such an inconvenience and I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful that she treats a client like this. On her mistake. I recommend to anyone that goes thru this place NOT I REPEAT NOT to file with her! Simple mistake that should have never happened and it should have been handled in a professional timely manner. Shes one of them that treats you good while she's doing your taxes but don't bother talking to her about anything thats wrong as she don't give damn. I wish her only the best only of luck to the amount that's she gave a damn about me and mine! I won't be getting my state taxes till probably December! Thank ALOT Gwen.

Deborah Robinson is a rude lady who demanded I see her and only her. She gives harassing phone calls, if you don't make an appointment with her on HER TIME and to HER Liking. Very rude and pushy woman. She doesn't even attempt to help tax wise. Very quick answers or dismissing. Didn't help me save a dime. I could have done what she did, for way less money. Not returning to file there.
