I am writing this review regarding State Farm representative Iza. Miss I,za was very friendly, Courteous, and a knowledgeable Representative. She was very concerned with all my questions and answered them precisely. If it was a question she was not familiar with she didn't give me an off the wall answer by her being new to the company, she would put me on hold and asked the Manager for the correct answer to my question
We both laughed and share similar experiences due to using these new cell phones that I found to be a little difficult when trying to open more than one screen at a time. Iza did her best in obtaining the best quote for my Home and Car Insurance which I was very much satisfied and elated. We as consumers are so quick to complain when service isn't good but forget to commend those employees who are truly doing an outstanding job. Kudos to Ms. Iza.

Yeah, we want to thank Katie for helping us a lot. We were out of town and we moved from Nashville Tennessee to Illinois . And she helped us get the insurance we needed for our new home and we really do appreciate it. She did a great job, thank you.

Lena was great! she made everything easy to understand and was able to help me find a great price. I initially called for home insurance and asked to bundle the auto as well. My favorite part is mentioning the other policies like life insurance they offer besides just the home and auto. Other agencies didn’t mention it.
