Don't even bother going to this location. I walked in at 6:25 mind you they close at 7:00 and they told me that it's going to be a 35-40 minute. Wait to get my nails done. I looked around and the whole place was empty. I'm like don't you guys close at 7:00 and the guy goes. Yeah I'm like so you can't do my nails. He's like no. If you don't want my money just say that

Very rude employees with a stinky, hot salon. No hello just “what you want?! Oh we booked” and all I was getting was a pedicure. I was told they're booked up two hours before closing but only two customers were being taking care of. So if you’re booked up why ask what do I want and why are your doors open with the shop sign lite up? Just unprofessional especially for a shop that looks as if it’s two months away from losing their lease and do mediocre work, again why I only was getting a French tip pedi cus that’s all they’re actually good at. If you’re looking for a good relaxing CLEAN shop please keep looking because this isn’t it!

I live near downtown Chicago and just so happen to be in area and decided to stop in because I needed my nails done BADLY. Aaron did such an amazing job and is extremely knowledgeable! I have found my forever nail salon and tech. Believe the reviews and the hype!

Omg I finally found my forever nail salon. I read the reviews and decided to stop in to do my nails with a design. I was lucky enough to have Aaron do my nails and he’s amazing! I told him what I wanted and he put his own spin to it. I will be coming here from now on.

Amazing nail salon the service is hospitality at its finest ! Fun time they know the vibes 🙌🏼‼️ my eyebrows haven't been touched since 2017 because of bad experiences and techs not knowing shape but I will forever come back here ! Im so happy 😊 😃

All staff have been wonderful. Me and my mom keep coming back. Staff is friendly and they always do an amazing job. We got my sister to join us today and even she was happy with her nails. I got French tip, cat eye with beads. My mom got the the gold French tip and my sister got the black v French tip.

Aaron is 1 of my favorite nail techs at this location. Everytime I come, I let him freestyle and do what he likes. Nails comes out looking great. Go check him out yall.

Stopped by after my nails were clipped at the hospital, and Sunny did an amazing job removing the old set and giving me a gorgeous new one. He was personable and kept me laughing the entire time, which was so nice after a stressful day. 10/10 experience – I’ll definitely be coming back.
