Went in for a basic mani and pedi and let me say THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. The young man that did my pedicure did a TERRIBLE JOB. My toenails are cut uneven and why are my toenails sharp on the edges. Then I told him I want round not square it's already bad based on the cut. I didn't even get the color polish due to this terrible service. I got clear. The fact that I now have to go somewhere else to get a pedicure IS CRAZY. Of course, I'm not paying for this service. This is insane. This is what happens when we do a 20 minute pedicure. Like I know my feet is in good shape because I keep them done,but don't rush me. Not to mention I asked for a manicure and no one did that. I'm ok with no one doing anything else here. Oh I'm writing this while allowing my uneven toe nails to dry. I wouldn't recommend this place to a BLIND PERSON. GOOD LUCK to anyone that comes here.

I was having my car maintenanced, so I had to change nail shops to something closer and more convenient, just to keep up with my nail maintenance. This place was recommended to me by someone who works at one of the shops in the shopping center. I was very impressed with my initial service, so while I was still without my car, I would regularly go. Once my car was repaired, I had the option to return to my previous preferred salon, but I enjoyed my service here that I have made this my go-to shop. I will say, I am a bit disappointed that they don't offer many of the newer, trending styles, such as aura nails, some 3D design, blooming gel. Prices are industry standard and the staff is friendly.

The service was okay, didn’t exactly love my nails… it was just okay. Pedi was pretty standard even though it was supposed to be a speciality. Unfortunately I won’t be back..

I just moved in the area was looking for a nail salon. The customer service was top-notch. Nancy did an amazing job with my nails and was also pleased with the pedicure from Loc. I will definitely be back! You won't be disappointed if you come here.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go here! This place is FRAUDULENT and very sketchy when it comes to pricing and services. They have no price signs and they always change their prices to how they please. This was my second time coming to queen nails, the first time I got a fill in and was charged $50. The second time I went in I asked for the same thing, I also wanted a design which I showed the nail tech and asked if they could do it, they assured me they could. I had one person do the fill in which was fine but once it came to getting my nails painted it all went down hill. They had me switch seats to a women who was going to paint them. She showed me the base color she was using which I mentioned I didn’t like and it didn’t match the picture since it was way too light she said if I did darker the image wouldn’t show. She proceeded to then do the design which looked horrible, she obviously had NEVER done it before. I was trying to get my nail tips with cheetah prints/tortoise design. I told her it looked like lady bug prints and she simply laughed about it. She then wiped the design off and started just adding glitter to my nails and said here this is pretty and finished me off. I was like no I am not happy with this, this is not what I asked for. She wouldn’t change my design and was rushing me because she had a customer waiting on her to do a pedicure. She went up to the register for me to pay and told me it’s was $60. I’m like $60 for what?! She said oh you have broken nail, I’m like $10 for a broken nail?! There is now way it’s that much I told her and she said well that’s how much it is. I was rushing because they were close to closing and I also had an event to attend to which is why I was trying to get my nails done. I left so unhappy and she didn’t apologize or even want to give me a discount, I had to pay for a bad service that I didn’t want and was robbed by being lied to on the price. I definitely opened up a case with the better business bureau sent in all my proof and a phone call recording of them giving me different prices over the phone for a fill in and a broken nail compared to what they charged me. I also put in a dispute with my bank. The people here are very unprofessional and if you look at their reviews they are highly known for over pricing customers and lying about their prices. If you value your time and money go to a different salon that’s more appreciative and professional when it comes to their business. For reference I’ll post the picture of what I wanted vs what I got.

I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon! I've been a customer for many many years & I always receive the best service. I typically go to Queen Nails close to their closing time (because I work) and never once have they turned me away & asked me to come back tomorrow. I have very long natural nails. I always get a set of Dip nails, and the ladies do a great job EVERY TIME. Pedicures have always been great too. I haven't gone to another nail salon in years. As long as Kevin owns Queen Nails.... I WILL BE BACK! He's doing something right!! & he has a new book with new colors..... just saying! See you guys today around 6pm!
