I would’ve loved to of left 5 stars because our initial communication made it seem like there was nothing else needed other than what we discussed. But once we got there and they ran everything they requested my boyfriend’s tax return or the transcript.
Not once was it mentioned nor has it been mentioned anywhere online within the reviews. This was disheartening and I wish it had been mentioned when I spoke to someone at the dealership. We wasted a trip. So just a heads up. If you have a repo and have not been on your current job longer than 2 years then you will need your tax transcript to verify income and stability.

My experience at RightWay was wonderful! Allison was the salesperson that helped me and she was great! She was kind, explained everything thoroughly and helped to the best of her ability. She really worked with me and tried her best! Marissa was super helpful as well and worked with me as well! They both helped me on purchasing my car! I’m so excited! Thank you both so much! :)

All good things to say about Rightway in Midlothian. I worked with salesman Erin Davis and manager Jay. They stayed late while I test drove a couple of options before making a final decision. So I appreciate their patience. That helped a lot. I had to finish a couple of things the next day and the process was seamless. Have to mention Allison Ware who walked me through the last few paperwork steps in Erin's absence. Would definitely recommend this team👌🏽 . Thank you all!
