I have been using this credit union when it was South Division. I prefer going to this branch because of the early hours, the staff is usually nice, friendly UNITIL today. I encounter a staff member/teller (AA female, she had on a pink to salmon colored shirt, I think she wore glasses, she was sitting at lower desk to the right). Perhaps it was too early for work because it was 930am yet, but her body language and facial expression were so unfriendly. She didn't say anything, she only looked at me like "WHAT"..... just a blank unfriendly look, making not want to be in the CU. I have work in the customer service field before, I know something was off, her air was not good at all. She did not have a name badge, when I every return, I refuse her service.

Staff the staff are AWESOME! I’m happy when my family and I started doing business with SDCU, now Scott’s. Have been able to do all our car loans, personal banking and buy our first home. Thank you Kim, Juanita and everyone we’ve dealt with through the years.

Customer service is horrible. This branch need a negative 5 stars. One teller filed her nails for 30 minutes while I stood in line waiting to be serviced. And I was the only customer there. The manager finally come over to help me

Terrible customer service. The two ladies that work there daily have horrible attitudes. They appear to be annoyed because they have customers to assist. They do not greet you upon entering and never smile.This is by far the worst credit union in the area. They seriously need a visit by an undercover boss from their corporate office.Very disappointed with my visit here.

In regards to unfriendly service, I just believe that they are over worked and understaffed so they always aren't the happiest at times.

This is the worst, most unprofessional financial institution that I have ever been to. I am a Share Branch member and they look for excuses to NOT process your transaction. I am glad that my financial institution has a fabulous online mobile app, but there are limitations, such as deposit amount. South Division actually complained that they didn't like the way the signator signed the checks. As long as the financial institution has the same signature, it could be an "X", it doesn't matter. Every time I have to come here, they are rude and treat you like you're up to something. Even though they can see that I have had my account at my financial institution for 20 years and never had any items returned or any other issues. If I were able to drive, I would go the extra miles just so not to deal with these rude, unprofessional individuals. Some people say some are nice, I have yet to meet one. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Some staff are courteous and some are not. I am a share branch member so I visit this branch roughly twice a month. There are several services not available to share branch members but overall they are decent.

Unprofessional, Lack Common Courtesy, Unfriendly, and low hygiene staff. This place needs a new management staff who acknowledges their customers. I will never come back until they have change management

As a Shared Branch user, I am continually treated like a second class citizen whenever I use this location to do my banking.
