Love this place I was there trying to get my first oil change on my new escape they told me I had to wait for the oil change until I reached 10,000 miles I was only at 9 thousand but what do I know I could have gotten and paid for I just trade in the escape they guide me in the right direction very honest that's hard to find now at days ..thank you ..

I normally have a good experience but not this time. I don’t know if this is done at every store but it happens at the store in Hobart, IN. I went too Take 5 in Midlothian and I was not offered a water and candy. One person asked my information and didn’t enter it and the 2nd person had to ask me again. I received an oil change and coolant changed. I paid and drove one block and my car was jerking and then I noticed they forgot the window sticker. So I turned around and found that the filter wasn’t secure so he said but I’m not sure. There was to many guys talking and not focusing on the job. I gave 2 stars because of the young man who took my info again but I’ll NEVER go there again.

Very friendly staff. They seamed to be inexperienced on how to remove my air filter lid and they damaged my sensor on my Ford Expedition, causing an engine light to turn on. They did have me call a repair shop they use for issues like this. Other than the inconvenience of having to wait the following day to have this fixed, Causing us a delay on our trip to Michigan.
