I’ve always had a positive experience there. I just wish the lobby hours were open till five. I don’t like using the drive-through seems like I always have a problem with the drive-through.

I don't understand the problem at this branch bank on the beltway. Is it a training facility? It doesn't make any difference if I go thru the drive thru or go inside, it takes so long for a simple transaction. They are always courteous, always helpful, but always incredibly slow. I just don't get it.
