If it's not taking them 45+ mins to make a pizza for a doordash order. along with almost everytime I go in here for lunch they never have any of the cold food like wraps idk if it's the employees that are incompetent or the owner that's incompetent cuz I never have these issues at any other casey and when u ask the employees they just look at you like your stupid definitely stay away from this caseys location

If its the hardest thing in the world to have warmer slices ready to go, then why have warmers at all? i have shown up every day this week at different times and the only thing consistent is the empty warmers and the lady in the kitchen. no orders being made and yet she still cant make a pizza for the warmer? seriously cant wait for the day they open kwick star and this location looses all its business. i have worked at 3 Casey's in my life and this location has spoiled the name for me. higher more people please and seriously make some warmers when you know that everyone in this city comes here because its the only gas station that sells food.

Ordered a large pepperoni and pineapple. They took 45 minutes to make. I ordered it with double toppings which, if they put double toppings on it then I don't want to see what a normally topped pizza looks like. I got home with it and the toppings and cheese were falling of every piece I ate hot because the bottom crust was collapsing. It was better cold the next day. So if you want a low topping fall apart pizza go to Casey's in Milan

only came for the pizza, but apparently my mere presence was a crime. An employee with a George Jefferson-esque balding fro practically lobbed the pizza into my hand like it was a grenade, complete with a look that screamed, “Get out of my way!” Now I’ve got a slice and a crash course in passive-aggressive service—all because I was there.
Judging by the owner’s responses in previous reviews, they’re clearly phoning it in. Good effort, but bad management breeds bad employees.

Tried to place an order later in the night due to my working hours, got told she personally closed the kitchen and didn't feel like opening it then when I asked if it was 24 hours was hung up on, very immature and disrespectful

Poor customer service, slow service, lack of professionalism, literally gives Casey's a bad name. So called Assistant Manager swings and hits customer with dustpan, knocking glasses off customer, further breaking them and points at customer through window like hand was a gun and mouthing to customer. Cussing customer out. The other employees got in customers face yelling and cussing at her. When the police got there they lied to the police saying I never paid the Pizza but I bet corporate can find the receipt and it was paid for a long with a bottle of flavored water. The total bill came up to $45.43 and $41 was given. Change was given back. Need I say more. Don't ever go to this Casey's. I'd show a video of employees but don't know how to on here.

If they're going to advertise something they should have it & also not refyse to make it. They refuse to make things on the menu. And honestly, this store is filthy.

Got gas and the pump over filled while I was inside and they won’t give me my money back of what spilled which was $18.36 they say they can’t do it because I wasn’t by my car and that it’s my fault and not the pump failing by not stopping itself and the one older cook and boss are rude don’t expect anything from them.

Livid is not even strong enough!!!!
Ordered pizza at 623.... not online not via automated actually spoke to a female. They told me 25 mins. I gave them 45. Show up no ticket...?!? What's ur #? Give it to them they find it... oh after someone took my call they never hung ticket up left it on printer and hadn't even started it yet!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?? He says oh we've been busy there are Two of us.... I get busy I gave u 45.mins... but to just not even put the ticket up and then tell.me another 30.mins before it's done now.... as I stand here and just now watching them make them we are sitting at an hour and 30 mins and not in oven yet... he says u can get ask for a credit and I said I haven't even paid for them yet!!!!!!!!
Got ready to leave and they didn't even make one of the pizzas!!!!!

There was a technical difficulty with the registers which I had no problem waiting to fix even though I waited a half hour my only problem was the lady at the register cussing and being extremely disrespectful. Saying she’s sick of these customers and nobody can do her job better than her. Then one of the male workers jokingly asked if I’m still waiting and apologized for the wait and then the worker started yelling at him in front of customers and said some harsh things to him. The professionality of this Casey’s needs some serious work.
