The food is ok. But the service at this Casey's is absolutely the worst ever. Today I have called this Casey's to order a pizza and then the one time these people actually picked up the phone, the guy said he didn't know how to actually place an order online to have my pizza delivered. And now I have called 3 times and have been on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone for 10 minutes. Plus this store has online orders disabled too. On the phone it said that this store might not be accepting new orders and it would transfer me to the kitchen. I know that they are working in there. So why can't they actually do their job and answer the phone? I just want a pizza to have at work because I'm hungry and I work 3rd shift. I wanted a taco pizza and an 8 piece breadstick. This is the worst service I have ever received from any pizza place. This is the worst Casey's ever. Don't bother ordering pizza from them. You'll just end up waiting. Plus even when they make your pizza, they never have it done on time. I understand if it was a few minutes late. But it's about 10 or 20 minutes late every single time. Why can't the kitchen staff find the time to answer the phone when they are in there? They aren't constantly working on pizzas the whole time. I have spent a whole hour on the phone between my 3 phone calls to this Casey's. It is absolutely ridiculous.

The milan caseys directly after 9/ 11 raised gas prices indiscriminately so for that reason I don't do business at Casey's

I have been going to this Casey’s in Milan since it was built. We ordered pizzas Saturday night was told 55 min. Seemed long but with the help shortage ok. We placed the order at 6:15 I left my home at 7:15 for the 15 min drive. I left the store at 8:10 finally. I asked for a discount and was told Casey’s doesn’t offer. I am in this location 2 or three times a week for different things including gas. If your management doesn’t do something I will not be back.

This location is literally trash. I've had multiple occasions where they have messed up. Not only can't they get things right, but they are also very rude . I wouldn't recommend going there. Waste of money and time. 7/11 was better. Not only did I get treated like it was my fault for spending money at this location. I still haven't gotten a refund and my bank account was charge for food I never received!. Robbed me basically. Got call my bank and waste my time for these unprofessional people. That did literally nothing deserve my money. Didn't even refund me correctly.

Tonight I had a major issue with carbon cliff store, I called and got a manager who was very nice. I decided after waiting over an hr for my foot at carbon cliff and they canceled my order to wait an hr and place it with Milan due to better customer service. My pizza was on time! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the cashier had a horrible additude, including when I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to thank her, she rudely stormed to the kitchen where 3 employees were and she said she wants a manager and they laughed amount each other and then said about what, the pizza. Finally a non manager came out because she said she would "deal" with this. I could tell if I was doing anything but providing a compliment it would have been bad but she said she wasn't the manager and I said is she here she said no the hiring manager who spoke to me left and I asked her to thank her. Immediately the tone changed in both ladies.

3 pieces of pepperoni that looked well well done instead got 1 of 2 macncheese with bacon that was also pretty well cooked and dried. This was at noon on Wednesday lunch break. Our company just moved there and 8 of us eat out everyday

Casey's in Milan is consistently awful. It doesn't matter if we order one single pizza or if we order six pizzas the service is absolutely terrible. They will give you a time, go ahead and expect to add at least 30-45 minutes to that time, every single time. If you say your order will be ready in 30 minutes, and I arrive in 30 minutes to pick up my order I shouldn't be told, "we're just putting it in" . This happens every time I order. If it was a one off I wouldn't even care but it's EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, the last time they said it was a 90 minute wait (pretty average for Milan even though unacceptable) we assume it would be close to that so we ordered early, waited 90 minutes, go to pick up... sorry we're just putting it in, it'll be at least 30 min. TWO HOURS for one pizza? Come on. Do better.

This used to be a good Casey’s to order from and I’ve been going to here for years due to them being open 24/7. But ever since COVID hit they have been hiring people who don’t know what they are doing and pizzas that you call in and they say 15 minutes take an hour + before they are ready. So if you’re looking for a quick pizza go to the one on Andalusia, they are much faster and their times are accurate.
