Pharmacy people are very nice. However the employees who wander around by the register are not. You have to check all your stuff out yourself and if there's a problem, good luck having the guy politely help you. Since this is a convenient CVS for me and I like CVS better than Walgreens, I have gone here multiple times and it's always the same.

Not happy with the phone call I had this morning! I called my doctor's office for a rx refill. Cvs texted me that it was too soon to refill. I called Cvs to let them know I had already talked to the doctors office and they had called it in with a change in the dosage. They said they found the new rx, but that it was sent to the Walgreens across the street. She said she would call them and get it corrected. She called me back 20 minutes later and said Walgreens was closed. I told her I needed the meds today. She said she could fill the rx for 2 days till it could be corrected, but 8 pills would be 40.00! I pay 40.00 for a 30 day supply!. I told her no thanks. Walgreens texted me 30 minutes later and said it was ready! I called and they are open!!!! Do not like being lied to or price gauged!! If my insurance didn't specify cvs as our preferred pharmacy I would change. Still might and just pay a little more!

I would like to start out by saying that I have been going to this particular CVS for about 30 years. This evening was about the worst experience here that I have ever had. Now, mind you I pulled up to the drive thru window at about 7:40pm. My RX had been sent over around 6:40pm. I know our CVS gets busy so I figured an hour was plenty of time. So, I pull up nobody is in the drive thru except me. Usually someone will at least acknowledge that you are there by hitting the microphone and saying something. I'm sorry about the wait, I'll be right with you. Nope, nothing. So after almost 10 minutes later I push the yellow call button. Nothing. Almost another 5 minutes went by and I was still not acknowledged and by this time another vehicle had pulled up behind me. So I pushed the call button again. Now mind you, there are 2 customers possibly 3 inside of the pharmacy waiting. So finally a man shows up at the window. No I'm sorry or apology for the wait. So he asks for my name and birthdate, which I recite twice. Then without hesitation he says it's not going to happen tonight. Well, maybe that would've been acceptable much earlier if he had acknowledged me when I first drove up. So, I explain to him well my doctor sent it over an hour ago. He responds with, I'm the only one here and I can tell you it's not happening tonight. So, I ask him if he can transfer it somewhere else. He says yes but I'd have to give him a location. So I did. He said he would get it transferred and I said that I would call them and that was pretty much the end of the conversation and I said thank you and drove away. So then I called the CVS that he planned on sending it to. Turns out they close at 8pm too. So I went inside and a gentleman was still waiting on a prescription, the pharmacist handed him a bag and he started walking in my direction. As I approached within about 15 feet in distance away the person on the other side quickly pulled the door shut and locked it! As I am speaking to this person explaining my situation, I was completely ignored. Mind you, I can't see anyone because they have pulled the metal curtain and locked it. However, the pharmacist heard me and said oh they close at 8pm. I said yes, so please don't transfer it there I will pick up here tomorrow. That was it, nothing more said. Nothing. Very short, with literally zero effort towards providing any sort of customer service whatsoever! Now, I work in the health industry and we take pride in our customer service! This was so uncalled for. I will be taking all of my business across the street, as I have spent a lot of days shopping a this location. Not to mention my voice was practically gone from being sick. The entire reason that I was there to begin with. Talk about a huge disappointment when expecting decent customer service, then ending up with someone who threw all of his manners right out the window! The store manager was right there over hearing this conversation too by the way. I have always had a good experience at this store. But today, took the straw! The only reason I gave one star is because the voice on the other side at least acknowledged me. Other than that, a big FAT ZERO for anything else.

They don't answer their phone. I finally hung up after 20 minutes at 4 in the afternoon. Not a busy time.

Their pharmacy is a joke, the poor employees are clearly trying their best. The blame is on the manager or regional manager for a lack of training or realization that their online segment of their store is essentially disconnected. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY - WASTE OF TIME

Awful service! I’ve had bad experiences with CVS before and went to Hyvee for my prescriptions. But now my insurance says I have to go to CVS. So I transferred my prescriptions. I went to pick ‘em up and they had 1 ready and said my other was not due to refill. It was due because I was going to be out in a couple days. They said they tried calling my Dr. So I called and had my Dr send another prescription. I told them I was going out of town and needed my pills for Vacation. They said I had to pay cash for em because it wasn’t ready yet. Ok fine I paid for a supply to have some while I was on vacation. I came back and they still hadn’t filled my prescription! They said it wasn’t authorized! I had to wait another hour for them to fill it! The worst rude service ever!

ot like every single person is a burden, or maybe they should look for a different job.We are new to CVS pharmacy. We went through Walgreens for years and always had wonderful pharmacy customer service there, but due to our insurance no longer covering Walgreens we had to switch to CVS. So far I had it due to the Milan Pharmacy Employees.

Scheduled a COVID test came to do it. They couldn't do a flu test that came with it. Told me to cancel the test and to reschedule it. I did what was told and they then told me they no longer have any times available and that I have to make it for another day. Should probably have the system figured out by now on what they have available with COVID testing instead having it confirmed just to get there and telling me no

We got a RT-PCR test completed here. The CVS website said 1-2 days turn around for this type of test which we needed to travel with, a couple of days later. Their customer service then said on the phone that it was more like a 4 day service. CVS was an absolute waste of time, gas and money to depend on a test that never came in time. We had to book another test in Chicago and change our flights for a substantial fee. Never depend on these people for anything in a timely manner. PS: The lady in the drivethrough was very nice and professional, however.

There's a reason there's more 1 star reviews than all others combined. Waited in line for an hour. When I finaly made it to the front of the line I was treated to unprofessional and sarcastic pharmacy staff. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to walgreens.

Worse place ever... You are on the phone over a hour and when you do check see if they are done. They are then you drive up to the window or even the walk in there goes another hour. It's like omg. What is going on. I came mornings afternoon even evenings. Still worse no matter what you do. So sad.
