“I am 85 years old and have been insured by State Farm for auto and home for about 65 years. When our last assigned agent left the company I decided to look for my own agent. I went to four State Farm Agencies in the proximity of our home. Three of them gave me the attitude of no big deal if you choose us or not. One lady, Sam, from Tim Flanagan's office went above and beyond to invite me to bring my three policies to their office. When I decided to do that, Sam, and other Staff helped in the switch over process. Then a couple of weeks ago I stopped by the office and met Tim Flanagan, and that confirmed that I had indeed made the right choice. This office does not sell tractors or donuts, they only deliver service, and I believe they are darn good at it! Looking for an agent, call the crew at Tim Flanagan's office. Joe”

“I have been going through State Farm this exact State Farm many years and when I got into a terrible accident last month, they were so amazing Jason goff And Eric are my agents and after I had one issue with the adjuster, they took matters into their own hands and make sure I got my vehicle fixed and continue to work on it to make sure it’s exactly how it was before the accident and it wasn’t a cheap fix but I love family owned businesses. They’re the ones that jump in and help the most and I recommend everyone to them I know at least. To be honest, I have great great insurance to them. I just don’t know their exact names and it’s a very reasonable rate.”
