Everyone here is always friendly. This is my second time coming to this location, and once again, I had a great experience. The staff are very welcoming and unload fast. As soon as I arrived, they gave me a dock right away. Everything went smoothly. If I get the chance, I’d be happy to come back again.

Stern beverage owns NTI, and they are in the process of buying designated donated land to the city of rock island, part of the Milan Bottoms, a gift meant to be protected and restored, and instead they are going to put an underground gas tank and building a gas station in a debated nature preserve area, so they can have cheap gas to ship there products. Underground gas tanks only last 20-30 years (?) before they are guaranteed to leak or fail (over 300 tanks in Illinois are currently leaking and designated on the Illinois for Marshall’s website.) and then being so close to the river... from the looks of the map it’s literally pretty much right next to it... where do you think the tank gas is going to leak to? (Google leaking gas tank lawsuits Illinois) They say they care about the environment but this is not caring. This is a short term solution to their dollars going up and a long term problem they are creating for the health of people, because who cares about the environment right NTI? And they can’t see how it will affect you, your kids, and the overall diminishing wild spaces in our country. Y’all want to buy beautiful property and just destroy it? It’s shameful.

Arrived hour early for 7am they where just getting open or started it looked like told me to go to dock and they will start on me when they open, appointment was out door by 7:45 really nice workers and fast
