I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid them. To start: we said ok to new phones after hearing the pitch only to find out they didn’t have them in stock . Should have told us that before everything was done. So we have to make another trip from an hour away to get them once they finally came in. During this first visit we listened to the 3 ladies trash another customer that left a bad review for them. then the manager called the customer (all this right in front of us! We listened to both sides of the conversation!!!) and basically told him he was wrong to be upset. Said she was there that night and the boyfriend and puppy didn’t come in. But after she hung up and they continued talking… guess what. He sure did! Having been management, all three of these women should of been fired. It was appalling to sit there and listen to that as a customer. That all should of been taken care of privately! And I have to wonder how that gentleman would feel knowing he was being heard by other customers on what should of been a private call. And seriously your boyfriend brings a puppy in, you ignore the customer your waiting on, and then wonder why he’s upset? The second trip: the phone switch went ok. 3 phones. Not all exactly as should be but close enough we could fix it ourselves. But-after getting home and having trouble (new iPhone) called them. Was told I set up an apple account (which I didn’t) . Well everything goes thru new apple account which I dont have. So phone is basically useless for allot of things. Was told to call someone else, which I did. To find out the apple account has been set up at the store, which they told me no way on. This wasn’t a helpful call. This was a no we didn’t do that and don’t know what to tell you call. Oh and I also was charged for a charger I didn’t get (which they were more then happy to refund…. Just bring your card back in from an hour away and will give money back) Ok mistakes happen when your to busy trashing customers. And I got the refund no problem. Was told would get 3 refund for $35.00 to replace the money spent for their fee to do the phones. So wouldn’t cost me anything to go thru them. They would email them in 30 days. Nope. Called twice now about them. Was told well they email them and nothing they could do about it as it comes from corporate. Oh and fine print is only good toward a 50.00 in store purchase. Course they don’t carry allot of merchandise and you can’t put two things together to go over 50. So a case, maybe a speaker and ear buds(not even sure about these) that’s it. Oh and friendly dropped after we bought The phones. After that you get attitude. Your definitely bothering them and they aren’t going to help you because you’re wrong anyway. We should of walked out when they started trashing the other customer. Hope he reads this.

This store and their employees are amazing!!!. I was in the store on Thursday and I was working with mykeala and the store mgr was working with some very unreasonable customers. The man who was in the store was very rude and nasty towards her and was even making me feel uncomfortable. I felt sorry for the young lady who was with him and didn't seem to be able to speak for herself. The manager was trying to explain their policies and it sounded like they had already had alot of discussions before they came in. Everytime the manager would say something to the girl, the guy would interrupt her and the manager explained that she needed to speak directly with her customer.
I would gladly work with this location again and the manager did the right thing.

The manager (Sarah) at this facility should be fired for the way she yelled at me and my husband she even came out the store to threaten me. I wouldn’t come here if it was the last Verizon store in the quad cities. It felt like a scam and the manager tried to pressure me to buy a phone through a contract when I just wanted to buy it outright. She was completely rude to my husband and told him to leave the store as if he was not a paying customer. Very rude customer service and no genuine interest to help a customer very poor for a 3 year Verizon customer to experience.
