The last several times we have ordered a pizza, I go to pick it up and the pizza hasn’t even been started. Several times we have order a chicken bacon ranch, I show up to nothing being started, and the store being completely out of chicken.
Not only has the pizza been late, every time, but the crust is incredible soft and extremely greasy.
It happened yet again today. The pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:45. On my way in, they call and say it won’t be ready until 7:20. If it’s even ready then.
The store never used to be this poorly managed. Something’s gotta change.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a taco pizza, and it the third time they have no taco sauce. Why would you make the pizza knowing you don’t have something that goes with it!? They could’ve called and said that, and I would’ve gotten something different, instead I wasted $20 on a pizza that I don’t even like without the sauce that comes with it, this Casey’s is a joke

Only got gas. I never go inside.
Edited: I found out the issue was my husband's and not the pump.

I drive a hour and ten minute to my farm stopping at this caseys everyday. I alway have my service dog with me and usually Molly sits in the car. Today my potassium was low and Molly did her job. I sat in the s10 for a few minutes after I took my meds while waiting on my chicken strips to cook. My tongue and lips was still tingling, so I grabbed Molly and carried her in the store to get my checking strips. The cashier started telling me I couldn't bring my dog in unless it was a service dog. She was talking so loud that everyone in the store could hear and stated staring at me. Bitching to customers in line. I continued to grab a beef stick to stuck on because I had a nasty taste in my mouth from the meds and grabbed my chicken strips to go to this rude cashier. She kept repeating her self saying the manager was there and no dogs allowed. She was putting her hands up in the air then, plopping them in the counter. She kept repeating her and not even giving me a chance to explain. A good services will not bark, wine, grawl. My dog was quite as a mouse. When I told the cashier my potassium was low, she smirked and rolled her eyes. She was very rude, defensive, and if you watch her body language on the camera you will see the hostile in her.. It was falt out judgmental before questions was asked. Very disrespectful and humidity for me. If the manager was there, why didn't she just get manager and like the manager handle the situation. The very old lady was very unprofessional and I don't appreciate being treated like that. It's was between 2 and 3 pm. Please watch the video tape and educate your employees on how not to flip out and be prejudgement. Sincerely tammy
