The lady with the dog every morning is getting worse and worse. Today she let the dog run in with no leash and run into 2 people purchasing food then the worker proceeded to get annoyed with the customers when they got annoyed. Yesterday the dog was by the kitchen and the worker was petting it then went into the kitchen. That is disgusting. Will not be there anymore. Food went downhill too.

The lady who works back in the kitchen was wonderful. I came in around 11am. and asked when she would start making the pizza. She was very kind and said that she would start making them straight away. I did have to wait a bit. But it was so worth it. Nice and hot and fresh. Thank you for going out of your way.

We order our pizza online for instore pickup. The pizza is ready for pick up a the time we asked for. It is always hot and delish. The employees are courteous

Was poor service, taco pizza had no lettuce or supreme had no black olives due to being out of stock, lady had attitude the whole time when we called back and they didn't give us taco sauce either. Will go to Smithton or Belleville,this on is horrible.

Went in to pick up a pizza get some lottery and stuff. Got my pizza it was good. But will probably not be back and didn't buy lottery because the guy behind the counter was downing and talking bad about the circle k down the road. Promote your business fine but if you have to down others to do it, not to mention hard workers in your same field, than I will go to your competitor.

Poor customer service. They do not care about customer care or provide ways to contact general managers. Update: I did leave feedback at Casey's contact us online. There has been no response since I made contact last Thursday. Point made, poor customer service continues...

They don't even answer the phone half the time. It's 834pm been trying the last half hour. They are open for carry out until 1030pm. But they'll leave their phone off the ringer so you'll get a busy message. Way to go Caseys Co. Hire whomever too keep the lights on. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! SO FED UP WITH THIS CASEYS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
