A woman who works there told me to get out of the store and that I can’t “hang around?”Yeah so I bought something 10 seconds before that and said hi to someone I know before starting to turn around. That was the rudest and most unprofessional experience I’ve had at any establishment and I hope that the next time I have to walk in there, she is not on shift. If so, I am turning right around and walking out.

I recently moved to the area and will be going to Casey’s from now on. While in line, I watched what appeared to be the manager belittling an employee and then she tells the customer in front of me all about it. The bathrooms are disgusting, the employees act as if you’re a bother when you need help, and you never know if they’re going to be open or not.

This store is so unreliable. I don’t understand why they close at 7 o’clock every night. It has not been open 24 hours and I could not tell you when confused every time I go up there they’re always close.

I will not use the new cash registers you have put in the store. Matter of fact you won't be seeing me much because I will be going down the street to Hucks. My suggestion people shop anywhere else but here.

Thanks for serving me undone bacon and the only thing seems to be cooked on the sandwich is the bread. Yet, the bread is toasted too hard. Immediately. I started feeling nauseated. Hoping, I don’t get sick.

The short older lady is very rude and needs to go. Keep Steve and the rest got to go. We deserve better. Don't know how many times I wanted to comment and post something but this it is getting ridiculous. Get it together already!!!!

Staff is a little rude. They always hide. One day I waited almost 5 minutes to be served. They close the store and leave the outside lights on. It's very frustrating for people who NEED gas or other things. We think the store is open but its not. Then we waste 5 mins there just to drive 15 minutes to a gas station that's open. t's a waste of people's time. Also when I get gas here it takes extra money off my card...and give its back a few days later. This is the only gas station it's ever happened to me at. The manager said it's normal...but I feel like it's not.
