“We just lost our sweet cat after 8 wonderful years with her. In the process of losing her, I've had issues with the vet, but Kurrus was able to clarify one major concern which led me to where I needed to be to resolve an issue. After the fact, they also graciously recreated her certificate of cremation with more details, and Amy called me to let me know when it was ready and to ask what she looked like to give me a charm to represent her. She was incredibly kind, and it helped me feel better knowing the last person to handle my girl was as compassionate about animals as her. I meant to come in and discuss urns and necklaces with her, but I was overcome when I received the corrected certificate. I fully intend to return soon to find something for my sweet little girl when I'm ready, and I know I'll be taken care of. Every person on the staff I've spoken with has been wonderful and in the future we'll skip the middle man and bring our pets straight here ourselves.”
