Terrible automatic wash. Swiped card and selected the least expensive wash. $7.00. Upon reviewing bank account the next day, I was charged $10. Also, dirt was moved around on car and not removed. Windows on car was terrible. Had to hand wash car when I got home.

After scanning my card I realized there was no soap so I stopped.
It still charged me $5
The vacuum nozzle fell off.
There went another $1
There is a phone number to call but the mailbox is full.

Attempted to wash my car, no soap or any additives just water. Stopped timer and it charged my card $5. Called phone number on the door. Mail box is full. Phone number online does not work either. This is not what I want or expect from a home town business.I would recommend using the wash in Columbia.

Worst and most expensive car wash ever...twice now in the last 3 months that there is almost no soap that comes out...today's trip car in front of me was still in the dryer when it told me to pull in and I missed almost all of the undercarriage wash...never going back

Swiped multiple times for payment and the undercarriage wash started going off before I realized that my credit card was finally taken and by the time I got my window rolled up and credit card put away the undercarriage wash was pretty much done, also there was no soap to wash my car with. Would like a refund if o could get a hold of someone

Very poor experience. Automatic car wash did not clean my car at all. What I was left with was polish on top of a dirty automobile. No way to get a refund. Their phone number goes straight to a voice mail box that is full. No way to leave a message. Very disappointing after spending 12.00 for this service.

Absolutely no way to get your money back when the machines are inoperable - which is often. Also, I've had quite a few washes with no soap. I'm going to drive 15 miles out of my way now to avoid this place.

Terrible car wash. Half of the stuff doesn’t work, and you can’t get your money back once you’ve realized it doesn’t work. Tried calling to attempt to get the $3.75 that was wasted but found that it goes straight to voicemail. Plus the mailbox is full, couldn’t even leave a message. Don’t waste your time.

Eh.. my car was pretty dirty, but I would of still expected it to remove the bird p*** which it did not. Car was shiny, but with some residual bird p**** Not ideal.
