Second time ordering pizza from this location and both times have been absolute trash from not getting orders right down to how to cut a pizza it's a joke

I love the people at Casey's in Minier. They are very kind, I will go in and get things for my dad. He likes the Chicken salad, Cheese burger, a Is tenderloin, but he does really miss Casey's "bacon cheese burger pizza"

I've been patronizing this location for nearly 15 years, but it's gone downhill fast in the last 3 years. The store is often disorganized with boxes of overstock on the floor. Delivery was canceled, but it's no loss as I had several times my order show up 1+ hours after the ETA and once I still had to pick up a delivery order because they called me to try and cancel because they were so far behind. Now even pick up orders are often 30 min past the estimated time and ingredients just aren't available. I tried the LTO Brisket pizza and half the ingredients just were not included. I'm sure its a good product, but I wouldn't know because I've still never had it as it should be.Honestly, at this point I only order or go here if my kids insist, otherwise I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

I go to the Casey's in Minier a lot. And every time I go up there it's very unorganized. I ordered a pizza and when I went up there they just started making it after already being 20 minutes. I'm not impressed by the crew that works in the kitchen. Most of the cashier's are nice and do their job well. The kitchen crew needs to stop talking and goofing off so much and focus on their job.

Their delivery is not the best. All 3 times i have gotten delivery they are 15-35 minutes lates, food is usually half warm if not cold. When i do order for pick up 2 times in a row they gave us completely wrong pizzas and we had to wait for them to remake them correctly. As well as anytime we call to complain or ask questions they sounds bored or as if they do not care. Guess only thing going for them is that its the only food place in this area.
