Purchased a skill fs56rc last year. Used five times blew up. Not saying they had something to do with it. They just sold it. Just be careful buying these items. People say they're the best. They do not last took care of it in a heated garage drain gas. Anything you can name I did and it still blew up. Don't buy

I was greeted by a very exquisite employee this afternoon. This employee took the time out of his busy day to take me exactly to where I needed to go. From there he helped me choose my hardware, he made it look very easy and made me feel very comfortable with my shopping experience . Afterwards this employee even offered to escort me to my car. Because of this experience I will be coming back for all my hardware shopping. ACE has won a customer for life!

I was baited into the store because of a false advertisement on the store’s website only to have the price switched on me at the register after I had already packed 30 bags of mulch into my car. The website stated that there was an ongoing promotion discounting mulch to $2.99 per bag but the store rang up $4.99 per bag. The store manager told me there was nothing he could do about it because I bought so many bags, despite the website noting there was a 50 bag max. I called the customer care team later that day and they also refused to honor the store’s false advertisement.
I am extremely disappointed in how the store manager and corporate customer care team have treated this situation.
Ace has lost a once loyal customer. I will never be spending my hard earned money there again

Horrible customer service, did an online pickup and waited about a hour before showing up. Walked in and was told by the “acting manager” that they canceled my order and the manager should have called you.
They didn’t offer to order a new for me, or give any compensation for their lack of communication and that the app didn’t give me an update.
The acting manager showed no remorse, just said that they can’t do anything, and said “do you expect me to just pull out a new one out of thin air”.
She did offer to give me the display one, but with no discount, and I would have to disassemble it myself. Very poor customer service from this store, will take my business somewhere else.
