“They have an option to pay for someone to vacuum and dry the car which is very handy. A lot of places have stopped doing this, and it’s a great service to offer. Everyone who I encountered at this location was very nice to speak with and did a great job. They were very detailed. I will try and come back regularly.”

11/12/2025 Five Years Later
I've been coming here for 5 years, getting my F-150 washed. I have the monthly subscription, was getting everything but the triple foam and wax. Well last year I was upgraded to the plan that included everything but the wax and I'm grandfathered in at the same great price. I get a great car wash, even on crazy busy summer days, I'm in and out with a great wash. The people inside are helpful too! I'm sending my teenage son in to hopefully get the monthly subscription and have the same great experience that I've had the last 5 years. Thanks to everyone at Jack's Car Wash for guiding me in. Thanks to everyone in the office for your help when I had a guestion. Thanks, Jack, for all the amazing washes! ?”
“Each time I go to Encore Car Wash ?, I am kindly helped by the attendant Sergio. He noticed that my arm is too short to reach the payment board. And Sergio comes out to help me. My car wash ? is washed by up to date equipment. And my car ? looks great afterwards!

(Would highly recommend the extreme wash package during summer for the included tire shine as it works better than canned products)”

“I just would like to say that I was shopping at the Crest Hill Store first time I was in there. I went to play the slots. As my money got stuck in the machine I was getting very frustrated and a very nice girl came up to me and as she was also very busy. Her name was Charlene she was the assistant manager that's what her name tag said. She called in slot machine people to get my money out as she also helped me and offered to set up my gas and wash rewards card. She actually took the time out to help me and make sure my rewards was signed up I just want to say that you always see negative comments she definitely is a keeper and I was at the one in Crest Hill on Weber road. I will definitely be back for customer service like that you don't find that anymore thank you”

They are timely , reasonably priced, very professional and knowlegeable at what your needs are for your vehicle .I am 100% satisfied with the detail work on my vehicle. “I’m glad I found this place. There’s plenty of ‘Express Wash’ nearby but I really dislike the pressure of the attendants constantly trying to get you to sign up for their monthly subscriptions. No - I don’t need you to help me select a car wash, I’m perfectly capable of selecting my own car wash without your assistance. And No, I don’t want to sign up for another monthly debit to my bank account.
Thank goodness there’s still self service car washes like this Super Wash”

“One of the best options in the Joliet, Crest Hills, and Plainfield area. The reason I wont grant them 5 stars is because they only offer air dry through the tunnel. You must get out and dry your vehicle yourself.”

“Even though this afternoon January 25th, your car wash malfunctioned and left some of us stuck inside the wash for about 10 minutes, you're still my favorite place to fill up, shoot the breeze and cheat on my meal plan headed home from work.
