They don’t have an office as such, if you have a live unloading then get ready for 5-6 hours, their office has 32 doors, no one answers the phone for an hour

Went today for a picnic/car show. Very nice. Plenty of kid friendly things to do. Plus games for all ages. Free lunch provided. Nice cars and raffle prizes. Staff was nice and friendly. We got to tour the facility. My son works here.

Your directions are wrong. They say tl onto Ridge Rd, which says NO TRUCKS. They need to say TR on left of Pilot, 1st bldg to the left. Will see Grainger sign after you turn in.
