It was 8:30pm, we were driving around and calling places to see where is staffed so we could get day passes. No gyms were picking up until we called the number Rich has posted. We asked about day passes and he asked what we were doing in town and we told him. Without hesitation he told us the passcode to get in. Truly a class act that my dad and I won’t forget.That’s not even the best part. Rich’s gym is unreal. It has anything you could possibly want in a gym. Cardio section, plenty of squat racks, cables, benches… everything. If you are looking for a gym this is the place to be. It had the vibes of a professional home gym. Definitely wish there was a place like this in Kansas City!”
