He does an exceptional job keeping this place spotless and it does not go unnoticed. Gym is very tight knit, everyone is friendly and seems to know each other. I only wish i found this place sooner.”

“Edited May 11th 2025, I’ve been on the stair master a few times since serviced and it’s back to normal. I changed my review reflecting good customer service, and a good quality clean gym. Been a member for a few years and while I do love the convenience of having a close gym, some of the machines are overdue on service. The stair master jerks if you go on higher speeds. I’ve told two different employees on two different occasions and still hasn’t been fixed. For how much we pay a month, I expect better.”

“The gym is good overall, but I think the customer service could be improved. We don't want to feel like staff have an attitude toward members. Staff should be friendly, approachable, and welcoming so people feel comfortable asking questions. I’d also appreciate the showers being a little cleaner and more organized. Small improvements like these would make the experience much better. I’m still giving 5 stars because I really like the quality of this gym. Everything can be improved, and I’m sharing this simply as constructive feedback.”
